    The Amazon new "placement fee" seems very undefined. I believe they say that they will tell you 45 days after you ship, what the placement fee per item will be. Is that correct? Also, say I ship 100 units bulk in the past. In theory Amazon could now say ship 1 unit to 100 fulfillment centers?
