Home Free is such a brilliant acapella group, and I really love the guy that can make the sounds of all the instruments and the beatboxing is just awesome thank you.
Adam Chance, the baritone, did the Jew's Harp/ Jaw Harp/ Mouth Harp, that twangy backgroung on the intro and outro. Adam Rupp is the beatboxer with the voice of a harmonica when he isn't singing. As you noticed Austin winks and Tim Foust, the bass with a five octave range, damages undergarments from a distance.
This was so fun to watch again! I about fell out of my chair laughing when you said how am I supposed to understand what they are saying and the meaning behind the song when they are so d*** hot.

"Soggy Bottom Boys" were what the characters in the movie called themselves - not an actual singing group, and doubtful that the actors were singing. There were a number of actual traditional American artists who performed for the movie, and there was even a concert (I believe on PBS), which is great if you can find it. Many, many artists have performed this song, and this cover is amazing - Home Free really puts their own spin on it! Loved this reaction - best reaction in a car I've seen! 😂 You did just fine, I have the same reaction to this group!

I went through the signing line twice (to be fair, I hadn’t seen the posters they were selling on the merch table and I HAD to get it signed before I left!) and really had no clue what to say or how to act. lol. They’re all so freaking handsome and gracious.

Funny you say that, because out of everything that I read in AP English in high school, the Odyssey was my favorite. YES!!! The guys are...ok...HOT! Austin is all kinds of gorgeous (he has such a beautiful face), and you can tell that he lifts weights. He is in fantastic shape.. And then there's Tim with his wicked dark hair and outstanding bass voice. I hope he doesn't lose any more weight though...we don't want our guys to become frail. Rob is fantastic and has a beard that a lot of men wish they'd had (and who doesn't love his voice?). Adam Rupp has such deep brooding eyes that it's mesmerizing when he faces the camera. He's gorgeous in his own right. Last but not least, Chance tends to remain on the quieter/shy side of life, but it's sheer joy to see him smile and to listen to him especially when he's the lead. (e.g. "I Can't Outrun You"). As great as they look in the videos, they took my breath away when I saw them in person. If they're ever in your neck of the woods, you should go see them because they're fabulous in person and their voices are divine!

YES!!! The guys are...ok...HOT! Austin is all kinds of gorgeous (he has such a beautiful face), and you can tell that he lifts weights. He is in fantastic shape.. And then there's Tim with his wicked dark hair and outstanding bass voice. I hope he doesn't lose any more weight though...we don't want our guys to become frail. Rob is fantastic and has a beard that a lot of men wish they'd had (and who doesn't love his voice?). Adam Rupp has such deep brooding eyes that it's mesmerizing when he faces the camera. He's gorgeous in his own right. Last but not least, Chance tends to remain on the quieter/shy side of life, but it's sheer joy to see him smile and to listen to him especially when he's the lead. (e.g. "I Can't Outrun You"). As great as they look in the videos, they took my breath away when I saw them in person. If they're ever in your neck of the woods, you should go see them because they're fabulous in person and their voices are divine!

For your own benefit --- to realize just how good it is (either watch the movie), give a listen to SoggyBottomBoys' take on it... official vid for the movie (recorded) or there are several Live versions. To be honest, I questioned at 1st --- "how are they gonna be able to pull this off?".... On 1st listen, said not bad --- the more I listened the better it got. (Yeah, I did that --- I know I know, shame on me). They have so much going on in it. Then........ yeah, me again........ "how are they gonna do this LIVE?"......... well, I got my answer!!!
