I truly feel your pain, i feel lost and unfulfilled in my life at the current moment, this video brought i tear to my eye im so glad you are getting back on your feet. Your inspirational man, people like you give me alot of hope
Thank you for sharing your feelings and connecting with the video. It can be really tough to feel lost and unfulfilled, and you're not alone in that experience. I'm glad the video resonated with you, and I appreciate your kind words and support.
So glad you have loaded another video because I think I speak for majority of your followers…..we missed you!!! So glad you’re ok! You deserve a break in life for the better and I hope things continue to get better.
You are busy, getting exercise, have a room to crash in, van is hopefully going to be fixed soon and you are earning some money. Spring is coming and you will have plenty of time to get back to nature with the longer evenings/weekends and nice weather. Countries can't survive without their postal system so you are doing a very important job don't forget that. Plenty of time to find the next job you really want. Stay strong young man.
My son was a postman for 10 years, delivering mail on a bicycle, he loved it, cycled 30 kms a day, was fit as a fiddle, and there was always extras added onto his wages for large deliveries. He only left because the post here changed to these little electric buggies and he didn’t want to use them. He loved the freedom of being outdoors and his own “boss” so to speak.
Im 26. I've cared for my disabled mother since being 18. i feel lost. I also tried a few jobs, but I just can't find my passion its a horrible place to be
dude I'm sorry to hear this, however, you are doing an amazing thing by looking after your mother and you should be commended for your efforts, Stay Strong 💪
You can claim attendance allowance if you are looking after your mum. It is non means tested x Also there maybe some carers charities where you can get to go away with your mum but others are there to befriend your mum so you get some respite too. Carers allowance is means tested but attendance not. Can you look at a befriending service with Age UK so you get an hour or two off . Can the attendance allowance pay for an hour or two as well?

There is actually nothing bad about being a postman. You have gone so far. Stay positive no matter what happens. At the end of every rain comes a colorful rainbow
Use to be a postman it's hard work the father in law was one and my brother in law was. He was in it for over 20 yrs because of the strikes he has now left and ironically works at a garage. All best
Heres a virtual hug from me brother. You seem down. I get down too. Look up Andys man club, its great for a moan on Monday nights. Stay safe and well pal.
Great too see your ok, Well you no the old saying... Don't knock it before you try it. Some of my friends who have work at the post office only started as Temporary job and end up working for years meeting there partner, getting married and therekids, So Enjoy
i do lots of volunteer work, it gives me a lot of meaning doing useful stuff. I like doing different kinds so I try new things, I have volunteered in environmental organisations, citizen science, delivering community magazines and volunteering for the police, I am not good at getting bored so like to have some volunteering adventures. working for an organisation just so the people at the top would get rich doesn't interest me
1 day ago. Have you thought about retraining. Have a look on your local government website, for apprenticeship jobs. Also look at free government courses for unemployed. 😊 Best of luck. Pam
@@Nomadickangoo short journeys where you don't fully get up to temperature also clog them up. If you have just been doing those, jump on a dual carriageway for a while, leave it in 5th (if it has 6 gears) and it will regen which helps the dpf stay clear

I’ve been on a bit of a pants time myself and you’ve honestly helped me feel better about making honest videos. Thanks for being a bit of an inspiration (genuinely )
Hey dude that's so nice to hear your support, sorry you are going through a hard time at the moment but things will always turn around in the end, stay strong 💪🏼
@@Nomadickangoowe’re all going through something. It’s just good to acknowledge and talk about it.
Life is full of ups and downs. It's how you deal with it that makes you a better person.
Chin up lad.
Chins up 🙂
Hi mate love your vids stay strong ❤
Thank you bro 🙏🏼
sounds to me like you found your purpose in life.
what is it? please tell me, i need to know! 🤣
@@Nomadickangoo u already know. i just wish u would get paid for traveling and making videos.
There is actually nothing bad about being a postman. You have gone so far. Stay positive no matter what happens. At the end of every rain comes a colorful rainbow
I think it's a fine job, a fine job indeed
Great news on the job m8. Onwards and upwards
Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
Use to be a postman it's hard work the father in law was one and my brother in law was. He was in it for over 20 yrs because of the strikes he has now left and ironically works at a garage. All best
All the answers will come to you in Meditation🌼
My meditation comes to me when I'm on a nice long run, it's my zen 😌
Heres a virtual hug from me brother. You seem down. I get down too. Look up Andys man club, its great for a moan on Monday nights. Stay safe and well pal.
Will look into that thank mate. Stay strong buddy 💪🏼
Great too see your ok, Well you no the old saying... Don't knock it before you try it.
Some of my friends who have work at the post office only started as Temporary job and end up working for years
meeting there partner, getting married and therekids, So Enjoy
Yes I'm working with many people there that have been there for over 30 years!! That's amazing!
i do lots of volunteer work, it gives me a lot of meaning doing useful stuff.
Pam
Hi Pam thanks for the advice, good to know there's help out there 😊
What was the problem with your van in the end? Good work getting the postie job, you have just got to get down and grind it out at times
It was the DPF filter blocking up, apparently very common with this van, I need to keep up the maintenance work to avoid it
@@Nomadickangoo short journeys where you don't fully get up to temperature also clog them up. If you have just been doing those, jump on a dual carriageway for a while, leave it in 5th (if it has 6 gears) and it will regen which helps the dpf stay clear
ah yes Ad Blue issues hopefully you have done the right thing and had it deleted alongside the DPF gutted and it and the egr deleted from the software alongside a mild remap?.....Funny feeling this videos are in lag and you have sold the van to Tim???
Now at 13m30s ok clear you still have the van what was up with it then?
You might be meant to make a film, to write it and film it. You are very good at filming and writing.
That's a nice dream ☺️
also things happen for a reason buddy u will find something I'm sure
I'm sure I will as well, thank you for the support 🙏🏼
Country postman next
Who knows, maybe 🤔
Yes am a truck driver i no the feeling of being lost lol you could be a tramper and live in your work truck you got a night heater small fridge you should look into it .
Sounds like an interesting path, I hope it works for yourself, stay strong out there 💪🏼
Am sure i sent a supper thanks. Do they not count? HUFF 😤! PMSL😅
Oh no did I miss you out?? Sorry mate it was difficult going through the comments and filtering them onto a word doc 😕
@@Nomadickangoo no problem. Lol.
what was wrong with your van?
It was the DPF filter, so bloody annoying.. but hopefully have it sorted now and need to keep it maintained to stop it from happening
I wish I had your skills in editing I have good life skill but dyslexia gets in the way
I am probably the most dyslexic person going mate, never let it get in the way
Your van has not been fixed cuz you gave it to English garage ,they're knowledge is the same as English GP's 😂
Well done you 👏👏👍🏻 really enjoyed the video!!
Hey Tel, I'm really glad you enjoyed this one, it was 2 months in the making so I'm glad it paid off in the end 🙏🏼
You picked yourself up, you got a job, you sorted the van, filmed, edited and posted the video, bloody brilliant!! 2024 will be the year that changes things to the positive for you 👍🏻😁
