    We just came back from a week ski holidays in Austria proceeded by a month of daily trainings with your routine videos (only once a day 15 min of your workouts). No aching muscles, no injuries (although over 200km done on the slopes!)! This is our second year with your inspirational skiing and we can highly recommend your channel. Thank you a lot! Ps. We decided to continue daily trainings although skis need to wait till next year. K+P

      That's simply awesome, Katia Kisiel! I am so happy to hear this, and you guys are a great example that consistent training will give you results. Thanks for sharing this here on the channel! The part that makes me the most happy is that you have decided to keep training during the summer. I recommend taking a day of rest/less intensity the day after a hard training session to give the body time to recover and build new strength. Light daily training (depending on your current fitness level) I highly recommend. I really want to make a bunch of new SkiFit videos, over the Northern summer/fall of 2023, so look out for those. You guys just gave me even more motivation to make this happen! /Janus

    Love your workouts 💪 Good prep for next skiing holiday. Although I miss the beeps nearing the end of the exercise that you see in other movies, but the enthusiasm and silly dancing in between generously makes up for it 🕺 I always dance along with you and it makes working out so much more enjoyable 😊

      I love that you are aware of this, Sonia Palecek. I really doing ski related exercises on an uneven and a bit unstable surface. The intention is to simulate the feeling of unstable snow and practice stability working together with strength and endurance. /Janus

      On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate vokl bash 86 skiis?

      @@ethanbell6194 I haven't skied on it, but it seems like a good freestyle ski. I really like the dimension for skiing the park. It is difficult to put a number on it without having tried it, but it seems like a fun and easy ski to ride, so I guess I would rate it around 6-8ish for skiing the park. For me, I would prefer a more centered mount for the park, though. On the piste, I would go for a more dedicated piste ski. Everybody is different, so you might experience the ski differently. It is all about if the ski fits the skier and the skiers ability, intention and so on. How would you rate it? /Janus
