Just wanted to give feedback. I did your ski conditioning workouts for about 6 weeks before heading to Breck this past week. I’m PROUD and grateful to report I was NOT sore or tired at the end of any of my 4 ski days. This, along with cardio, got me completely read for the slopes. (The rest of my group was complaining by the end of the day that their legs were jello and in pain. NOT ME!) I will be doing these in prep for next season as well! Thank you!
Love your video, Short and sweet exercise routine it is not only explanatory, but I actually can participate. the skiing footage with background music is really inspirational and motivational. Thank you for putting this video together. The overall length is just perfect. Looking forward to watching your video every day and getting ready for skiing!
Starting this tonight after a year hiatus from skiing. Your skiing footage is incredible! I'll be sure to incorporate petting my dog into my workout too :).
Really find your techniques effective, just by 1 week, my husband noticed noticable changes on my thighs! ✊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 would you be able to do more videos on core strengthening? Love your cute b. collie 🐶
