SKI FIT IN 15 MINUTES // EXPERT WORKOUT #1 | Exercises for skiing

  • Get stronger and become a better skier! Follow along in this dry land workout for experts and build an even stronger body for skiing, so you can ski for longer with less risk of injury and more power!
    I have designed the SKI FIT IN 15 MINUTES to help you prepare your body for skiing in only 15 minutes.
    If you are able to perform this workout in good form, you are already at least in a decent shape for skiing. This is my go to workout if time is limited. I like to do this workout in combination with weight training and other forms of ski related movements spread out during the week.
    Do some warm up exercises before attempting this workout - and then push play and follow along!
    The workout consist of great exercises for ski conditioning that:
    • Target the relevant muscles in your legs and core for improved strength and endurance
    • Develop your movement ability, coordination, and balance
    • Build your cardio.
    No equipment needed for this workout so you can easily perform the exercises at home.
    Physical training should be fun and enjoyable! And most things tend to become more fun if you share them with someone.

    I think it's better to make some of the exercises for 40 seconds either 50. I like all of your videos. Keep with the good work.

      Thanks for your feedback, Деян Емилов. I am happy that you like our videos. Yes, I agree. Trying to fit everything within a 15 minutes concept will be a compromise, and some of the exercises deserve a bit longer time to get more reps in. The ideal time for an exercise also depend on ones current fitness level. One can of course pick the exercises they like and integrate them into their own training regime or maybe do some more reps of their favourite exercises after the follow along part of the workout. But I will keep your input for another video, where I might do some of the exercises a bit longer. Have a nice day! /Janus
