Hey Amy and Eric. Happy Sunday. Great intro. Gatah 🐊 Watah. My phobia. No water for me. Not even conservation land. Gated communities are good. Know not 100% but the efforts are appreciated. So villas are like duplexes separated by one wall and could be 1 or 2 stories or just 1 story? I’ll never know if the builder was fair when I built my home in the Poconos in 2000 but definitely in these days it would be beneficial to have you represent. Omg. How awesome to see Tony whose team built your house 🏠. Steering is good to know but does everyone truly adhere to it. They all don’t in NY especially in renting a home. Blatant discrimination 😢. Wow. That truck flew around and past you. If you’re doing 40 what is he doing? Great Sunday drive. Thanks so much. Hope you’re enjoying NY Amy and see you tomorrow Eric coffee time.
Hi Cydney! Yes, Villas can be two stories... the ones in Waterbrooke are an amazing plan! Avoiding steering is REALLY important. Sometimes Realtors don't comply because they don't know any better, sometimes they don't know the specifics and I'm sure in rare cases they might just ignore it. (Bad idea). We take it really seriously!
Thanks so much for this drive thru … and we got a chance to see Tony. I didn’t know he built your house. That backyard view is Ah-mazing!!! Of course, I had to slow down in certain parts of this video…😅
Although lot 372 is not on the website, it is available for purchase. I almost purchased it. :-) It has the guest-suite option. We decided against it because it's too big for us. I also don't like the living room space based on how two resell homes furnished that area of the home.
You guys are funny ❤
:)
“Unconditional positive regard”🥰You two are the best! Thanks for the tour!
That's sweet! We TRY to always see the good. It really helps to not let little annoyances ruin your day (or your drive!)

There's no such thing as the sun is too bright!! Relocating there from Cleveland, OH! Move to Cleveland, I can bet you'll be singing a new song, LOL.
LOL
nice sunny and warm looking day, and I loved that house you showed,
Glad you enjoyed it... we are to the time of year here where most days are paradise!
It looks like Mattamy started the next phase to the east of the villas.
Yes!!!
I definitely could not live next to power lines, the power lines on Hancock road are bothersome in north Clermont
Definitely a personal choice!

LOL... I wonder which parts?!?!?
