Yes, depending on where you're coming from. We have a video coming out in the next few weeks with road updates and new roads coming. Stay tuned! :)
Any short term rental communities zoned/planned around Olympus to support the sporting events as an option to hotels?
Great question- I'll reach out to my contacts at Olympus and see if any short term rentals are being planned.
How will these many new homes affect the housing price and rental rates? Will the large amount of supply make the house price lower and rental lower?
There is so much buyer demand at the moment that I don't see prices dropping very much. Prices have held fairly consistent even through the higher interest rates. There's many factors to housing prices..supply is one factor. We've had super low inventory so I see the increase in supply helping to move the market more towards a balance market.
