@Carl O Ridgeview is a 5 phase plan, Pulte is only part of phase 1-2. They have less than 20 opportunities left- 2 lots to build on, the rest are specs homes The other phases as of now will be handled by land and sea as far as I know … hope this helps, call or text me at (407) 790-0929 for any other questions 😊
I work DoorDash. Uber eats and GrubHub full-time. I also do Uber and Lyft when I don’t feel like doing food deliveries. Would Clermont be a good area for those or no.
I think so remember Clermont is close to montverde, winter garden ,minneola and many more towns in the same area so you wouldn’t be dependent on just Clermont but at the same time wouldn’t have to go far away ..
@donjuan914 GM 👋 it is my opinion both areas are set to have great growth and expansion, why I say that is because St. Cloud has Sunbridge which will have the marina and marina village all being in proximity to lake Nona, medical city, neo city the airport ( MCO) village walk and more that will feed into each other and have great synergy when it comes to growth where as Clermont will have Olympus, wellness way, all the new homes on 27 and off of 50 while bringing in the commercial side in those areas with the state parks and historic downtown and both areas not being to far from The mouse ( Disney) I feel a choice between Clermont and St. Cloud would Come down to the vibe you get when you visit and if that is what you want for your new hometown, make sense? Either way both towns I feel will have great growth😊 hope that helps
I can’t tell you where to go and/or what’s safe or not safe, but you can tell me geographically where you want to be In terms of what’s good and what’s bad” in comparison violates Fair Housing laws As for crime, the various national sites have neighborhood maps and you can see or get an idea what the crime may be like. One of the best reviews I've seen .... I lived in Grandview 20 plus years Clermont is changing rapidly

Where are the veg options at your favorite cantina?
Which area is more likely to blow up next, St Cloud or Clermont?

Very safe !
Crime stats? Medical facilities? School ratings? Please loose that music. Thanks
Unfortunately we as realtors can not talk about schools and crime because of fair housing laws ( we can lose our license ) and we like the music 😊
