Large cozy family room and like that rear work one. 1st bedroom and bath nice size. Drop zone and entry to garage. Large beautiful dining room with wainscoting. Love the ceiling. Love the chairs with handles. No sticky fingers on my chairs 😂. Love the angled island. Gas community and pot filler. Great kitchen. Cozy breakfast nook. Love a door to the backyard and love that rear bathroom by the door. Great for wet folks once the pool is in. Oh great butlers pantry. Missed it when you were in the dining. Sliders to a covered enclosed lanai. Beautiful backyard but I need a pool. Looks a little tight for width but a lap pool could fit. Love that front bathroom & 2 ok sized guest bedrooms. Big laundry 🧺 with cabinets/sink/counter/window. Love the primary coffee bar, en-suite ( surprised no linen closet unless I missed it). Prefer that in place of the tub. Huge primary. Don’t even need the upstairs but I’ll admit it’s a great space. Love the built in. Appreciate the snack bar/bathroom/closet. Wow. Nice big screened in covered balcony. Great home for those that need the extra space and don’t mind stairs. Congrats to whomever purchased this beauty. Thanks for sharing. 🤗

I would put a pool in the backyard.
There is room for it! I hope if someone does put in a pool they preserve those beautiful big palm trees!

Well, the very, very good news is that in the main living area, I don't think any of them are load-bearing so you could take them out if you wanted!
