Even though I am mostly Mongolian by ethnicity, I can't really call myself that as I can't speak the language, nor did I grow up with too much of the culture. (Did enjoy Mongolian milk tea every morning though).

I see all the people are healthy they eat less sugar. But i know that's is difficult to have fresh vegetables in the country the cold weather doesn't help but i see more vegetables like onions, garlic, cabbage, potatoes, carrots in another recipes. And i see that all use less spice like us. Vegetables and meat don't need a lot of spice. Gaikhaltai family Enjoy Nargie and team. Sanaa tavikh. Tevrelt mendchilgee minii naizuud.🤗🌼

      @@blackscreenvideos8 Yes, but still it would be great to plan :) planning doesnt hurt :)
      Currently in Hungary the pandemic is raging, due to our pilitical incompetance.
      You can not imagine what become of the Hungarians these days... its very sad but we are befor our own revolutions which were deleyed for 100 of years.
      We were ruled by other nations and couldnt evolved be our selfs, now every failour we havent lerned revenged it self.
      I consider my self as true Hungarian as I dont obey to any ruler or knee, we are based on mutual trust and valor.
      How is it in Mongolia after communism destruction? Did it changed the peapole to a lesser persons like we have?
      People are ok with stealign the common goods and likes to serve the greater to have better social position without real value.
      I want to return my people on the ways we planed to ride when we arrived at our homeland and helped our the Avars to battle their Frankis/Salvis oppressors.
      Right did you learn about Nomadic culture west of the Altai in Mongolia?
      What does say about the golden horde battleing the Hungarians ?
      Our History had been corrupted by the Christian Church so we dont know much of the true.
      I guess if we would join the horde back then, our peaople would wipe out stupid feudal structure and its cause to the history.

    i am lactose intolerant. but when i drink couple of cups of fresh & boiled cow milk in the Mongolian countryside, i never get sick. the milk you buy at the stores is very different from the organic milk we drink in Mongolia. did you know that raw and fresh cow milk tastes very sweet?

    • @yamiyomizuki
      @yamiyomizuki 3 роки тому

      It's partly the freshness and partly the diet of the cow. Grass fed milk is better than grain fed, even if both are organic.
