I'm so in love with Nargie! He is so cute; with a strong Ghengis Khan conqueror personality with that fun, sweet heart that is warm and caring. Nargie, I wish you the best health, happiness, and prosperity. Ashland Oregon USA
Hello there! I have a Crimean Tatar Turks living in Turkey. We're doing exactly like the food you make in Turkey. Its name is "Çiğ Börek". The way it is made and the interior materials are exactly the same. I understand that we have carried our food culture, which we developed with our Mongolian brothers in Central Asia for centuries, to Anatolia. This is a great feeling !. All children Steppe greetings from Turkey..
My girlfriend who is a Mongolian usually cooks KHUUSHUUR and fried noodle for me. They are super delicious!
Super lucky... mongolian girl has great body and skill..
No.... Mongolian women will conquer you.

Nice. We needed this kind of show. Looking forward to the next episode. What you guys doing is truly awesome. Hope to see the attitude of foreigners toward our cuisine change in a positive way.
Appreciate! We will do our own best for them to do it in the way. Keep forward to see the next episode! Thanks again!
where can one find the recipe for the filling? I know I'd love it because I love all meat stuffed dough dishes.
Man, I need to go to Mongolia!! Cool people, great Nature, good music, delicious food!
The Mongolian language sounds so soft and gentile. I must see this country.

Mark Zoobkoff horses dont wear horseshoes in mongolia
@@bayarjargalbayasgalanbat9961 Why is that?
Jason Janoy Blaha Lover Boy horses in mongolia roam free and are semi wild even the horses tamed for riding roam many more miles compared to horses everywhere else so their hooves get trimmed by all the running they do just like wild horses or feral horses like the mustang
I love Mongolian culture, lifestyle, and foods, specially tsuivan and khuushuur ;)
Привет из Тывы ! У нас тоже хуужуур. Наши традиции очень похожи ! Уважаю монголов!👍🏻
Oh my, I've gotta go to Mazaalai restaurant right now! By the way, in Chicago there is real authentic restaurant! Huushuur is my fave.
Thanks for your video! keep up doing that!
I'm coming there for some KHUUSHUUR!!! Thanks for showing us Mongolia!

GooOooOoo NARGIE!
It's very interesting how you show your culture, the food looks amazing. Greats from Mexico, and i hope you can come some day to our country, all Mongolians and all the people are welcome
Ямар амтатайгаар эдинэт.ммм👍👍👍
I am hooked on your channel. I press the "like" even before watching.
Yaaaay! Looks delicious!
One of the best food review channel out there.
This is Amazing. My mother made these all the time. The Spanish or Native-American name for my culture which is both is... Panalitas. So Yummm♥️
interesting how most asians are light on the dairy yet Mongolians drink it by the gallon. Maybe one of the reasons why they had an advantage on long military campaigns.
oh yeah definitely, good thing about dairy is it can be made into non-perishable food, which is ideal for long journeys.
Nargie I love your channel man. Love how you share your culture, and the food with us! Keep up the great work!
Watching from the Philippines. 🇵🇭😊❤ I haven't tried Khuushuur yet, but it's very interesting and looks good. That is similar to our very own Empanada, a Filipino pie with various fillings.
New subscriber here, but first i have to dig up old videos, i like the culture, and tradition, and i really love the content, very informative. Keep it up.
Now I'm hungry! Margie, watching you eat is half the fun. Great video, thanks!🤗🤗🤗🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
We call it Çiğ Börek in Turkey, (Raw Börek) because the filling is not pre-cooked. Can be compared with hotdog, its more like a snack street food :))
I really want to visit Mongolia one day. 😊 Also, Khuushuur looks so yummy. 😋
Would like to visit Mongolia someday. Hope the country is safe from infections. I am liking the cuisine and culture.
Seems like a very traditional and sustainable culture; living off the land, respecting your culture.
your channel is amazing, thanks for sharing all the delicious food!

I just love that they're big deep fried meat dumplings normally when they get that big people don't fry them in other cultures they'll steam them or bake them but almost reminds me of when Italians fried giant cheese calzones
Yo bro, we have the same exact dish in Puerto Rico and throughout the Caribbean islands. We call it "Pastelijos." I love Mongolian history. Thanks for posting this video.
UNDERRATED FOOD CHANNEL. UNDERRATED FOOD CHANNEL. ALERT. ATTENTION REQUIRED.

He uses the New York pizza folding technique to eat the khurshur.
I'm curious if Nargie lived or visited New York?
Nahh mate mongolians do that because lot of food places around the city put little meat in khuushuur, its kinda like trying to get more meat bite in there 😂
Looks Like our cheburek, good whishes from your steppe brothers.
Thanks Nargie.
Awesomeness
Сэтгэлд гэгээ татуулсан хөөрхөн мундаг бүсгүй бна.гэрийн хуушуур best.
Looks delicious. But sheeps head would be my favorite.
If u so hungry and tired. Let's go to Mongolia
DISCLAIMER: Mongols used to grow wheat and vegetables in fertile areas from ancient era!.
Not really, they likely did once they established empires in China and other places though...
No. We never did.
I've seen something made exactly this way by Salvadorean people, a ball of dough then flattened out. Pupusas! They usually have meat, or beans, or cheese, or a mixture, and are served with some pickled vegetables, too! I think they cook them on a hot griddle and not deep fried, but it really looks very similar Everyone loves fried pastry! The ones that are folded and crimped look like "Empanadas", everyone loves these things!
We ate at that same Irish pub in UB and had the khuushuur there, but they weren't as good as the ones sold at most cheap guanz places. The veg salad went very well with the khuushuur though.
That is true. Cheap crowded guanz places always have tasty meals :
Great show . Will visit mongolia for sure
Any Brazilian know this dish, it is called : 'PASTEL', and it was brought by the Japanese immigrants around 150 years ago.
And in turn it was being introduced to Japan by Chinese immigrants thousand years ago. Lol

Greetings from the Crimean Tatars
yup. the method and the ingredients are same. I stayed in Eskisehir(many Crimea Tatars reside there. I think, that's why they brought the cig borek into Turkish cousine) in Turkey during my study. And the cig boreks were delicious.
