I ended up struggling more with the platforming to get the Fingerprint Stone Shield than with Consort Radahn once I had all the gear listed in this video!
I have done a near identical build (nearly identical shield and spear; same armor) and I can say, with 0 hesitation, that this build works wonders! While I feel like I loved the DLC more than you did, my replay of the base game reminded me that, while it lacks the focus and interconnectivity of DS 1, it’s such a deep and wonderful world to explore. The bosses and quest lines are also amazing.
If you keep him alive he poisons radahn and you can use the flower blooms twice ash to do alot of damage then swap back to your main weapon and keep going. Or just go tank build with a bleed lance finger shield with bless element giving it a 93 holy def with holy ground and crucible knight armor max red flasks damage reduction and stamina regen fisic flask golden braid, dragon crest talisman greatshield talisman and Stam regen talisman summon your mimic tank the first hit drop holy ground and just stab stab stab stab. Way easyer without thollier

I used rotten crystal spear and mogh's spear for scarlet rot and blood, I think as long as you use any kind of shield poking build with satus effects u are fine
I died at least 70+ times to him in 3 days using a strenght build, I got him 1 HP like 3 times this way and died and then tried your build, it's so easy to kill him this way bro LMAO thanksss
The real issue is how it performs on NG+3. I have a similar build with different talismans and I've gotten close like 2 ot 3 time out of 50ish tries. The other problem is Mimic SUCKS with this weapon.
During his second stage are you able to stay in close with him without his huge blasts hitting you as long as you block? What incantations do you recommend?

Absolutely agree with you! Lies of P was such an amazing game with hard, but fair and fun bosses and also I felt like movement and dodging was much more modern in LoP than Elden Ring, I love Elden Ring for its exploration and amazing art design, but frankly I'm tired of these stupid tedious bosses...
@@Abdullah-cj2mh I will say messmar was shit to fight but I think I was underleveled with shadow blessings as well. His snakes 2nd phase are strange, almost buggy to me.
While this build certainly works for Consort Radahn, I would still not call the fight easy, it definitely took me a few tries still. But you know what fight is really easy with this one? Radagon and the Beast. With the golden braid added, both bosses were just harmless.
Might be a stupid question.... But HOW do you poke while the shield is up??? My shield keeps lowering when i press R1/R2 in order to do the piercing.....
@@Stocious21 i already beaten the whole DLC, uploaded bumch of builds and boss guides for all of them. I just refuse to RE-play the dlc. But the decision of course is yours. Good luck
Badly? Go look at people like Let Me Solo Her beating Radahn with a single bleed blade without ever getting hit. It’s just a skill issue and I admit it’s a skill issue for me too. We just aren’t good enough.

Plenty of people have beaten Radahn without any real cheese, y’know. There should be bosses out there that filter people and the final battle of their biggest game is fittingly one of them.
