i stopped calling my daughter by months when she turned a year old, im totally cool with saying "a year and a half" or "a year and x months old" ! I had stopped watching since the GTI as i know i'd want one of these too. love watching this video and your 10 minute build video! cheers man
Just eclipsed 150k mi. in my ‘14 SQ5 with similar mods - upgrades to the ECU/TCU, Suspension H&R coil overs, AWE exhaust, SC pulley, upsized Vorsteiner wheels, 034 chassis x-brace...so impressive!! Up next, looking at the RS5 or S6
I have a '17 2.0T Q5 non s-line :/ but its always great seeing what my dream build would be with your car, if I could afford it! Great video as always!
So, love your commentary and videos. So, what do you think about the 2015 Audi SQ5 Prestige for the same modification as yours. It has 75k miles, and asking $25k, and good maintenance records, no accidents. Is this a good price?? I wanted a S5, but the SUV would be more useful and practical for daily life uses. Also, @2 years old to answer your question about children ages!
Solid ducking engine man knock on wood no problem with the supercharged 6 man tuned to the max except that heat exchanger which I really need can you believe I’m fully tuned no heat exchanger besides the obvious performance issues what are your thoughts on not having it is it bad for the car mechanically?
@@jordanrumsey2115 lots of developmental changes still happen around then. That's why you go by months. Not.much difference between ages 31 and 32. Huge changes between ages 1 and 2.
How much different is this to the s4 if we're comparing them with stock suspensions. I live somewhere with really harsh winters so lowering it won't be option. At the same time (in my experience) sedans just drive better due to lower centre of gravity. What do you think would be better? Can the s4 handle winters well?
Why are you selling your SQ5? Love my Sq5 and works well with my toddler who loves going fast :) Just ordered the RSnav and stage 2 tune from 034.. I have the dreaded rood rattle. :*(
SO..... what DSG car are you getting?? Also is the Launch as fast/hard as the S4 with the DSG? or is the sq5 with the auto limited in its ability to launch hard like unlike the S4
The SQ5 isn’t as violent to launch because loading the torque converter also pre-loads the suspension. So it’s already squatting before it leaves, meaning it leaves with less drama.
Ppl just want an excuse to buy SUV's, i have kids as well, a S4 and a golf are totally fine. You barely get any more space with a SUV, they are heavy and most often gross, can't believe ppl lowers their family SUV doesn't make sense. You stop buying sedans and then wonder why the manufacturer are not putting much into development for that market anymore.
The SQ5 and the Q5 3.0T S-Line are definitely hidden gems

Your SQ5 makes me want a SQ5
Absolutely love my 16 SQ5! APR Stage 1 really brings it alive, and KW V1s make it drive like a dream.
Couldn’t agree more. Love my ‘17 Q5 but the mirrors are huge haha. I had a ‘11 A4 previously and these two cars have been my favorite ever.

You're the reason why I sold my 335i and bought an SQ5
Someone else said it as well but you've made me want to buy an SQ5. love this car and the project you've made it.
Bro right, I literally want a replica. I love it!!

So glad I went with a SQ5. You were one of the reasons I fell in love with the car. Very clean 👌
Same here just bought a 2017 Sq5 and nothing but joy
Love your videos! I picked up my 2016 SQ5 a few months ago and couldn't be happier! Only had 22k miles on it and I love the Lava Gray.
Ma dad bought the 2020 model sq5 the one that doesn’t have quad exhaust.... but he absolutely loves it. It’s an amazing car
I love my sq5!! Not as many mods and you but am working on it. Thank for all the great content
My dad testifies that an SQ5 is a beast dad car
very tasteful choices in your build man. If my wife gets sick of my a5 3.0t, ill make the swap to the q5 / sq5 3.0t
Got an 2014 sq5 stock on 21’s. What is the first best handling mod I should look at sway bars, springs, 20’s? Thanks
Thinking about buying one of these in Sacramento. Will be perfect for rippin up to Tahoe or down the coast.
Looks like an oversized GTI. 😉 Looks great.

Loving my '15 Prestige SQ5. My only complaint is the big mirrors
next car has dsg🤔 s6 has dsg🤔
I'm at 89k and mine still runs strong - tune and all :)
Have you found any problems at that mileage?

Depends on your tune. You’re probably missing out on a LOT of timing.
The dad side bar is legit a question when do you stop saying months 😂😂😂
When it’s older than 12 months old. Because otherwise you’re annoying as hell.

@@oc0dyc Yeah, I get that, but just say 1 year and ___ months. Not 17 months. Don't make people do math, that's just not right lol
@@jordanrumsey2115 parents don’t have the time or energy to do the math of “a year + x months” so they just keep going after 12 😂
Love my rs3 but man I want a sq5 as well.
Am I just being picky to think my 2015 3.0 is out of date and getting old?

How's the stock ride quality? I've driven the S5 and it was very firm lol.
is your sq5 petrol?

what about a7
Small wheels I was running 20x11 all 4 corners
So SQ5 over a manual B8.5 S4? Literally in the process of buying either.
s4 all day
Sq5 is more versatile. Absolutely no complaints other than the sunroof rattle.

Sad that i got the 2.0 but my Q5 also hit 20k these year😂

Since when is it a good idea to bust up to highway speed like that when your car isn't even warm enough for the heater to work
It isn't, but it's better than getting rear ended, no?
Dude the sq5 is not better it’s to ugly looks to much like a mom car.
damn, you really have no idea what you’re talking about
@@pizza2373 just an opinion the S4 looks better in my opinion but feel free to disagree
