I used freedompop for 4 years and it was alright, but I recomend switching to red pocket.

This service just always seemed shady to me, kind of like some of the free dial-up internet services from back in the day, so I just avoided it.

My free account was deactivated, lost my phone number never got an email to upgrade or anything.
My second freedompop account didn’t get the email either
