      @@patriciau6277She probably wouldn't even be sitting snuggled up to David her husband except she's on TV and suspected of the crime, so she's a coward wanting someone feel sorry for her,knows he's the only one !! As a total layperson, when I see videos of parents whose children have been kidnapped talking to the press, their expressions and tone immediately overwhelm me. I often have to turn it off because I can't bear to watch someone in such agony--it physically hurts. These videos do not do that at all.

    Also, I recently lost my two precious fur babies, and I am sure the grief I feel over this loss is greater than what Susan’s felt with the loss of her children. My heart is simply broken over having lost my two little companions. The three of us were a family , just as she and her boys were a family what a shame.

    OMG. The "crying" with no tears is what my narcissistic mother-in-law does when her deceased husband is mentioned, and talks while "crying" saying "he was a good man" and "the light of my life", which is interesting because she treated him like a servant for the last 5 or so years of his life (he passed away). She NEVER says "I love him" or even "I loved him." She will stop "crying" on a dime to say something she just thought of. I call it "Amber Heard-ing." It's fascinating to watch.

    1. We had babies the same age and there wasn’t a mark in her. I would have been unalive or beaten black and blue had someone tried to take my children
    2. There wasn’t a single tear and when she spoke there was no real emotion in voice. It wasn’t that it was flat, it was fake.
    On the other hand the boys father sat there almost comatose. You could see the pain on his face. I truly felt for him.

    If you want to see a mother ravaged with worry and grief and pain, look at Sharon Rocha when her pregnant daughter, Laci Peterson, was missing. She NEVER made it about herself but always about her daughter. I bet to this day she has never been the same and the scenarios in the mom part of her brain has to be horrid. That is true grief, worry, torture, and fear. To this day my heart breaks for Sharon Rocha.

    • @tryingtoknow8190
      @tryingtoknow8190 5 місяців тому +1

      I found one press conference video of Lacy's mother and family around her. I had never seen them before. Mother spoke a lot in the past tense when referring to Lacy. I think it's because sometimes mothers just know. It appeared to me Lacy's mother was highly suspecting Lacy was no longer alive and Lacy's father knows mom feels this way. He's busted up in the video. Sharon is calm and still, her other children are calm and still but they have concern and worry on their face. Sharon is not showing much and I think it's because she has already accepted that Lacy is not coming home. She says she had to have hope but she shrugs and it looks, to me, like she doesn't, deep down, have hope. This 7 minute video I just watched, at your suggestion, is the first and only video of Sharon I've watched. There are many more popped up in the search and I want to watch them next. If I didn't believe Sharon was resigned to the reality her daughter and grandson are not alive, I would probably feel suspicious. Did Sharon ever say, in subsequent interviews that she had a gut feeling Lacy wasn't coming home? I will watch though and maybe I can answer that myself. Thank you for your suggestion.

    That Marcus Sinclair guy that she had dated a couple of times, was the rich kid in town. You know, small town, wealthiest family in the area, and she wanted to have a relationship with him. He wrote her a letter, and told her in plain English that he didn't think of her that way, and he also mentioned that he did not want children. She thought if she got rid of the kids, that would eliminate the problems, but he liked having hook-ups with her, but he'd never marry her. Now she's up for parole, after 30 years in prison, but I don't think she'll ever get out.

    I remember a Dateline special about the interrogation. The police did a good job getting her trust and eliciting the confession. Oprah did a good job interviewing Smith's ex-husband. The 'where are you now' piece was also very moving. He was open about expressing his grief and his feelings towards Smith. He did have more children--two boys I think--and he talked about how he explained the deaths of Michael and Alex, the brothers they never knew.

    She lived not far from me. The Sheriff did a good job. Excellent done by Sheriff office and prosecutor. This ran almost 24 hours a day until she was arrested on WYFF. At that time it really changed families with small children. Just heartbreak. She said many lies that tore her family apart. I am glad her ex husband remarried, moved, and had more children. Blessings

    I've noticed something SO interesting when I am watching these videos. When I am watching someone's body language that is just NOT right, when I tune in to my own body I notice that I'm holding my phone to the side, almost arms length, and watching from the side of my face. Subconsciously UNCOMFORTABLE! Makes me wonder if I become hyper aware of my own body language while listening/interacting with others if it will help clue me in to what my brian/body is picking up that my thinking/conscious brain is not! Amazing!!

    This one I knew she was guilty. I saw Susan Smith on the tv and said out loud “Oh my God she killed her kids! I wept as I’d just given birth to my second son and I was heartbroken. My mother in law disagreed and claimed no mother would do that. But I’m good at reading faces and spotting liars that act wrong. It’s a trick I picked up as a sensitive child with moody and temperamental family. What that woman did was disgusting including blaming her boys’ being carjacked by a black man. She is a psychopath. That fake crying and acting is just not convincing. Her ex husband I believed.
