    To enhance brainpower
    1. Reflection Technique: night journelling.
    2. Be mindfull about your breath.
    3. Play Games which makes you to focus in the moment.
    4. Tratak meditation preferably with candle/diya.
    5. Aasans like suryanamaskar etc.
    6. Pranayam.
    7. Detoxify your body. Eg singhamudra
    8. Eat satvic food with positive pranic energy.
    My personal addition:
    A. Wim hof method
    B. Cold showers.

      Wim Hof method is a combination of Pranayama and Tibetan Tummo. I dont know whether he credits Dharma for all his prowesses. Let us atleast go to the core / original teachings instead of Western derivatives

      only basic paracetamol is suggested for fever. and such basic dose for diarrhea if its acute. else, just light food and staying hydrated n home will take care.
