-Seats weigh 50lbs each vs 25lbs for the stock ones for a total weight gain of 50lbs.
- Paid $360 total for both
-Overall a massive upgrade from stock, but not the perfect swap. I would like to find a slimmer seat that offered more hight adjustments - Авто та транспорт
this is why youtube is so great. Sharing of information. Great video and information. I appreciate you and your efforts! Maybe you could shim the back side up - to bring the front of the seat down a small amount?
For anyone reading this, all yellow plugs are airbags. That’s standard in all cars. Avoid injury and don’t mess with them.
Yes thanks!
Mr. Weber, really enjoy your reviews and diy builds. My son has designed a very affordable, “budget” camper/overland project. We have partnered with a small manufacturer/distributor and need a review when the build is complete. We would need you to sign a non disclosure agreement before we present our design
Another video!!!! Yessir!!!! The seats look so good in the Taco!
WOW you are not kidding around with that truck!!!!
Went to a junkyard recently and been wanting to do the same thing!
You've got some mad skills. I absolutely love that camper that you built. Now to hunt out the build video for that.
Thank you sir, editing a longer camper walk around detailed look at the build right now.
Love your Californian accent :)
Do you still have the original seat? I need one for my son's taco, his is broken, we're not handy people.
Are the Ml seats heated? I have a 2002 sequoia that I've been looking into a seat swap for, wondering if I could maintain that feature.
These particular ones are not as far as I could tell. But I’m pretty sure some are
I’ve always wanted to this in my 08 taco and just other vehicles in general. Shouldn’t have to buy a 50k car for nice and comfortable seats
just put shims in the back that will change the tilt. then remove some height from the front.
Front is already as low as possible. That’s the only issue with this seat for me.
@@OverlandUnderBudget Could cut out a square/rectangle from the floor and weld in a new plate.
Did you do a video on that screen insert on the inside of your truck if so I'd love a link I have a 2008 Tacoma and would love to do a large-screen insert like that
Yes! Homemade the dash piece to be able to mount it
bubi from wolfenstein new order
