Great video, thank you. The broken power steering pump pulley isn't relevant to this video- but I couldn't help but cringe a little! That is a good reason to wipe down the pulleys when replacing belts, thanks!
the 8mm allen bolt pulley, can that be swapped interchanged with a pulley with a T47 bolt? or is it better to buy a new hydr pulley set. i was working on a e46 323i that had the T47 bolt in the pulley tensioner but it was stripped.

Thank you for this! It was pretty hard to find someone installing the hydraulic tensioner pulley instead of the mechanical. Much appreciated!

Is that middle bolt necessary when installing? Or can top and lower bolt hold it?
First person on UA-cam I have found with the same ac tensioner I knew it was more than a t50 bc that’s the biggest I have
Excellent video - only one problem my OCD means I want hear the car start afterwards and hear the difference :)
+Carl Richards I totally understand. We just did not think of it. It was super quiet but we replaced the a/c belt because it was stretched

You might want to replace your power steering pulley there man. That thing is going to eat up that new belt in no time.
