  • Hey folks, here is the (long) behind the scenes video for my recent edit with Mark "Ali Clarkson : Inspired In The South West".
I had imagined splitting this up into at least two videos but in the end I thought you'd prefer it as one longer video, this contains about 5 more mins of content over the UA-cam version.
I hope you enjoy seeing some of the thought processes we go through when filming and some of the battles we ended up having due to being strict with unwanted hops!
To see the final video we filmed please follow the link:
    www.youtube.com/watch?v=U00V_...
    Merch available at www.aliclarkson.com
Longer videos available on my Patreon: www.patreon.com/aliclarkson
    Thanks,
    Ali

It gets hard to actually go out and ride by myself sometimes. I will end up not riding for a while it sucks! But watching this and you ride trials in general gets me so pumped to just go out and get better. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this!!

I really like these kind of videos. Just reminds you of how much work you put into these edits to make them as great as they are.
That rail to front wheel drop is even more scary after seeing all those tries. Great stuff 👍🏻

Long time fan, since ashton days. Your style and smoothness is the best for trials on a street bike. Ill watch you videos more than crazy productions like wibmers law as you can try and emulate the smoothness and its relatable compared to front flips and elaborate tricks. The persistence on lines and making them clean is appreciated. Marks filming and line choice and songs are always top shelf

31:18 I hate how people doesn't give a f... about someone doing huge tricks.. If I was there sitting in a bench like that I would be so pumped and recording with my phone lol

Loved all off that, I could watch your riding all day whether its messing up lines or nailing it , it all looks stylish to me anyway.
Look forward to more of the same in the future both the edit and the bts.

Nice one Ali, as I thought it would be, what a mixed bag of effort required. Curious if you'v e ever thought about taking along several different tooth sprockets with you and changing them out depending on what gearing you might need for different stuff? Thinking specifically about that big wall hook, seemed maybe a bit more speed would have helped, but I've no clue about trials, so not sure if it's something you could/would do, but do know you use a tensioner, so shouldn't be hard to swap 1 tooth either way.

  • @Aljonone1
    @Aljonone1 4 роки тому

Like all these hook moves, recently learnt them on steep banks,
I have built some lines up into trees that you could do!
Also have some linkage forks, that have just finished that you may be interested in trying out, will be sending some pics to Ali Hut
when have it built up to ride!

if a brake lever is designed to break so easily then they should sell replacement levers in a 10pack for a few bucks... :/

Андрей Фомичёв - she was stressing as she thought I was filming her, and saying I needed permission, a license and so on. Such a big deal that a random person would want to wait around Cardiff just to film her, apparently...
