Hi there, what would you do to a person who has a bit of fat under the chin, but starting to have mild jowels? What procedure can you do?

This is difficult to answer without an exam. The quality of the overlying skin is important in determining the technique that can be used. It can be morpheus or Fractora RF microneedling if the skin quality is good, chin liposuction + RF microneedling, Facetite + RF microneedling and even a facelift/necklift depending on the degree of laxity of the skin and soft tissue (how far can the skin and soft tissue be pulled away from the muscle underneath).
