As many others have already noted, it's very nice to see the driving tours back on your channel. I came across your channel about 5 years ago because of the driving videos and thought they were an excellent insight into the luxury real estate world that is west Los Angeles. I know it's a gated community, but would love to see a tour of Beverly Park!

I must've driven here like 100 times at night especially few years after high school. At the top, it's a great view looking down whole city of LA. It was a cool spot to drive up with a girl back then.

Those lovely and once dominant Spanish Colonial homes are becoming fewer and fewer. More of a ragtag collection of styles now. Like you said; lots of changes in the 20 plus years you have been selling in the Hollywood hills.
So many changes it's crazy! What i used to sell for $500k is now $3 million.
It looks like Los Angeles has many overhead power lines, just looking at this video it seems very crude the layout and no underground cables as most cities have. I would assume if an earthquake happened these power lines would come down very easily, or even some strong winds.

Christophe Choo Hi Christophe, I was wondering if the current Californian Water Crisis has affected peoples approach/attitude to purchasing homes in California recently. I live in the United Kingdom and it seems a very serious issue, something I would take into account if I was relocating to California. From your view what do you think? Great video by the way, I love watching your videos.

I lived there from 82 to 94. Now only the super rich can afford to live there. It is not affordable for those of us in the 90 percent of us . Have been up the road many years ago. Don't know how these yuppies can sleep with themselves
