The 70's when I was a teenager, Muholland Drive had no houses, just trees, hills, trails, creeks. At the top then, my mom took me to the Observation now don't see it. We lived a block up from Whiskey go go then, walked to school at Fairfax, we also lived in Santa Monica I went to Santa Monica High. Lived in north hollywood, west hollywood, encino and Santa Monice, things were safe back then.
I’m sure there was good reason for that. The best land for building on was already taken and determined by surveyors. I don’t think this area is meant to be built up with housing. I wouldn’t want to drive that at night, deal with it’s traffic and be a prisoner in my home because of traffic and they are, (or were before the CV). Although there’s so many expensive homes, the truth is that there’s a lot of workers in the Hollywood industry that have roommates at old ages and rent who really only got one more day of survival for it.
The eye opener for me is the widespread dilapidation of the streets with nonstop potholes and uneven pavement, rusted and bent guard rails, weeds and trash roadside. I would have thought that with the upscale homeowners in area that a local tax base would exist to pay for better than third world roads. The last couple minutes show new asphalt, but vast majority otherwise. And same for other videos I've watched of the area. I mostly travel and live in rural S.W. Georgia area, and none of roads are in such poor condition...of course traffic much less, but still. Anyway, video was informative and well done, thumbs up.
I travel these area roads a lot for going to UCLA. I would assume the roads are crappy because most of them are one laners. If they shut the roads down for fixing, it would be a large detour to get to a specific destinaion.
Is Beverly Park the gated community where Denzel Washington & Mark Wahlberg live? Also, I think the other housewife you were thinking of is Adrienne Maloof
Only Aqua Verde looks pleasant. Other than that the road is full of ugly outdated electric posts and cables that ruin the view and way too may visible trash cans for my taste. I drove prettier roads in Northern Africa.
Thank you,I'm in Patagonia and this is the only way to visit LA.

The closest I can get to see where Robbie Williams lives - Mulholland Estates 5:10 yessss!!
She meant the British artist Robbie Williams not the dead comedian

Came here after Kevin Hart’s accident... I can see how easy it is to crash especially at night.
I miss these!
Love your tours. Any more planned ?
Yes always whenever I get the chance.
Like driving from Crumlin to West Belfast :)
Don't you wish the state of California would fix the road.
That other person you referred to - mr. choo - might have been Adrienne Maloof.
Yes
Adrienne Maloof now lives in mullholland estates
I have a question could you build your own mansion on mullholland drive
if you have the money, yes you can
you really have to learn that putting your camera outside the car while you're moving means we can only hear wind, and not your words.
How far from downtown is it???
Depends on which way you go, Mulholland Drive runs from Hollywood All the way to Malibu so it depends on which part.
@@Christophechoo from the location of video to downtown LA

How well do you know lisa v?
Very well, why?
Imagine paying millions for a house and the road looks that dumpy.
Yes I know some of our roads need maintenance.
Let's see the road where you live, and house.
it seems that what i must have is all starting around20 million and up /
Not knocking the interest of your vid, but why is the paramount ubiquitous adjective “Fun”?
Not sure what you mean.

@@Heymrk hell no. It used to be Aron spelling’s manor in Hombly Hills but now is Jeff Bezos mansion in Beverly Hills
I came from Kevin Hart car accident
Streets like in Afghanistan?
Does anybody walk in these neighborhoods? I did see sidewalks.
They sure do! You just have to be careful!

American Jewish university... Diversity for thee but not for me...
Dude please study a map!! Encino is WEST of the 405 freeway not EAST so you cannot head north from where you were at and end up in Encino..UGH
Wheres all the homeless bums we see on TV?
They are mostly in the downtown area of Los Angeles, very few in the westside.
Im not impressed with nothing you showed. Million dollar homes that look like crap
Three rules of real estate, location location location
They’re not meant to impress you lady
