- The Draper Tools Ash Vacuum and Ash Vacuum Attachments aren't designed for hot embers, but for ash that looks like it's cooled from fireplaces, wood burners, stoves and barbecues.
The main vacuum unit houses a powerful 700W motor, providing high-performance ash vacuum cleaning of wood and coal fuelled ash. Simple and easy to use, the ash is collected within the 22L container, once full, unclip the airtight canister and empty. Fitted with a washable fine filter and supplied with 1M hose and crevice nozzle.
The alternative ash vacuum attachment acts as a filter between a domestic household vacuum cleaner and the ash vacuum attachment. The filtered ash and fire debris is collected within the 20L container, protecting the vacuum cleaner from damage. Simple and easy to clean, just unclip the airtight canister and empty. This version is also supplied with a 1M hose and crevice nozzle.

can this be used to clean a loft / attic?

This product is designed to handle ashes up to 40ºC, but there is no reason that it couldn't be used to clean in a loft/attic.

what's the highest temperature?
Our Ash Vacuum and Ash Vacuum Attachments aren't designed for hot embers, but for ash that looks like it's cooled. Materials must not be more than 40ºC (104ºF).

104° is only as hot as a hot bath. I burn 24-7 for 6 months. My Fire almost never goes out. I need a mans vacuum
