Thanks for the video! I ordered a Motorcraft (Ford) one, and the supplier (not related to your company) shipped one for the opposite side of the vehicle. Instead of waiting for a replacement, I opened up the housing on the broken part, and found the part that broke was the gear attached to the little electronic motor, so I opened the new one, and swapped the bad motor/gear from the old unit with the new motor/gear from the new one, put it all back together and it works great now!
Works as instructed on a 2004 Explorer. The video is spot on EXCEPT removing the door trim **WARNING** >>Remove the door handle trim piece BEFORE you remove the switch bezel. You WILL damage/break the handle trim piece and/or the switch bezel if you try to pry the switch pack first!! Door handle trim piece will come out by prying from the front side of the door towards yourself and then rocks out towards the rear. It is held by three metal retainers and two plastic tabs on the rear. Just pry slow and be careful! Other than that, video is excellent and the TRQ part worked like charm.

Does this also control "key in" bell and the radio shutoff?
