Thanks for the video and putting together the program! I started Muay Thai 2 months ago and practicing kicks is so rewarding but the head kicks are so tough! I hadn't thought to strengthen my abductors in addition to stretching, that makes a lot of sense. Excited to try this out and keep improving, thanks again

Your 12 week program is very good i have it and yes the strength in the abductors is key, mine hurt alot right now. Lol. I curse Nat in the 12 week video program sometimes. He'll say "one of my favorite routines is this pyramid roundhouse x10 and dont swing the leg lift it slow"
Now he is right ofcoarse but my goodness it hurts at first. Anyways yes this is the way to real head kicks. 😢 > 😐>🙂>😊

You know, I've had the program for quite some time and I thought it wouldn't help me at all, because I got to the half of if it and I was still having trouble kicking. What I realised much later though was that my split got deeper, my hamstrings got less painful and I had much more balance in my kicks, even if they weren't head level. I am willing to start again, with the determination to complete it and I'll document the results. Heck, I may even make a series which I'll upload here

Well a small amount of it wont only come from the course but for example just doing your own shadowboxing or hitting the heavy-bag as its repetition and consistency yk?
