LEGO Games, while made primarily for children, has found a niche in the speedrunning community, and they have a knack for breaking things wide open, pushing games to the limit, in this video, I seek to answer how far that limit can be pushed.

Man i never thought you could speedrun these games with the random enemy spawns and such. And this close of an analysis was one of the most interesting videos of this type!

Speedruns are do-able, but ohko has never been done, and as far as I'm aware, it's impossible in the vast majority of Lego game levels.

It may be difficult but at least it's so close to the beginning of the game that restarting the run if you fail the skip won't mean all that much. Wouldn't be worth if it were near the end of the game.

But there’s a one minute 30 second intro cutscene for it, and this skip is about halfway through the level.

@@GoldenGolem444 That may be so but it could've been worse. Imagine f this skip had to be done halfway through the game, not the first level and each time you had to reset at about 50% of the way through every time trying to attempt this witchcraft..

Maybe Rex Door (LCU Any% & FMTTM IL Used only) is pretty much a gamble with your position doing ECGs (Extended Chicken Glide) which has ever only been preformed by maybe 3 runners (WizardPower, DjOrtho, (maybe TrenttheN))

Yes it’s difficult but I don’t think it even matters if it’s only 4 seconds faster then the other skip some use. It’s not worth the time to even try especially because you said 2 seconds is negligible which mean 4 seconds is also pretty much not helpful.
