I followed your video pretty closely and managed to get all 3 drops on the second try. Only change were some sandbags in front of the turbine. Thanks for uploading!
I don't know the exact purpose of the line itself, but it only ever shows up in replays when the game detects a desync. So, it's not something that you'll normally see.
managed to win by pushing tech hard, single steel line (angle) on front, 3 mortars aimed at the bottom door. the constant mortar fire (fire individually) keeps it in flames and rebuilding instead of bombarding you til you can upgrade them. the angle of the shots puts them straight into the core. won w/ 2 minutes left. ...after like 12 tries
