Thanks Harry! Just checked out your video on Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean mixing... was going to leave a comment but couldn't... really interesting content! Keep going! 👍
Such a useful tutorial 🔥 I really like the methods and the last one is very helpful, but PDFs do not support animation and transitions 😭 But yes, it is useful to upload it on the 👍 web
the first option you showed would always give me an error code but the second option you showed actually worked for me! Thank you I didn't even think about the save as option.
Thanks for the elaborative explanation, what may cause the document to appear blank after converting and then opening it as a pdf? as in not showing the details
Hi, thank you for this video. I changed the PowerPoint theme from coloured to black & white and save it, then convert the new PowerPoint to a pdf file. The conversion was successful but the theme was back to colour. Can you please explain why did it happen? Thank you.
Thank you. you are such a help to me!!!! Your trainings are excellent. You get right to the point and you do not waste your or my time! Thank you! AND I get the information and instruction I need to take the next step in my business! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Kevin, another great comprehensive video! We have run into an issue we hope there is a solution to. When we use any of the methods laid out in your video, any link that is written out will remain clickable in the PDF but links embedded in images don't retain their clickability. Is there a way to convert a PPT into a PDF and keep clickable images and objects without having to include a written out link? Any insight you have would be great! Thanks!
Thanks so much Kevin for all the useful tips you've been sharing. I did a screen recording video in PowerPoint (based on one of your tutorials, thanks again!) as a part of my PowerPoint presentation. How do I share the content in pdf with the option to play the screen recording video?
When I export a presentation that has an object with a shadow, the shadow does not appear in the PDF. Is this just a limitation of the software or did I miss something? Thanks for your help. Love your videos!
Tip: if you save as PDF thinking your file size settings are ok then realize the file is taking too much memory, you can go into Adobe and do file/save as/reduced file size. This is especially helpful if you are emailing and have an attachment size limit. I also use this frequently when I have multiple photos that I need to downsize in a PDF.
Kevin, this is urgent. Please tell the people at Microsoft that Windows 11 has a major problem. The taskbar is not showing. This means the PC is unusable. This is an urgent fix. Please let them know. Their reputation is at stake because if not fixed Windows 11 is not an option. Please
Thank you Sir. But what if your PPT has many videos and animations in them and we like the videos and all animations to also show. Is there a way to save in a way like pdf so that no one can modify but all features of the PPT will show please?

Thanks very much. I was creating a poster on a powerpoint slide, and wanted to make a PDF with the same dimensions. I could not get the pdf in the exact dimensions I wanted with the "Print as PDF". Instead, by using the Export function shown in this video, I was able to create the file file with the exact dimensions of the powerpoint slide.
Hi Kevin I really appreciate your videos I'm having a problem going from PowerPoint to a PDF it seems half of my fonts are blurry and pixelated any suggestions is appreciated thank you
Kevin, we have a pdf template with company logo as background (watermark) which we use for manual invoicing. So we create excel sheet with the content for the invoice (item #, quantity, price, freight, etc) and suppose to transfer that content on to the pdf template. I saw someone doing it using pdf creator but I couldn't. I also tried to find help on this everywhere but no success. Could you show us?

I'm so stuck. I have a PPT with notes that I need to convert to a PDF, but that friggin white border shows up when I use Print to PDF (which seems to be the only way to convert the notes to a PDF???). How do I do this? Please help.
Hello, When i export the file to PDF, the shadows in design are pixilated that look so weird. Is there any issue we can export the entire design without removing the shadows in the design.
How do you convert pdf pages into a PowerPoint without a PPTX file converted from acrobat losing font styles as it goes into PowerPoint slides? Because after I convert Pdf pages into a PowerPoint PPTX my now PowerPoint file has lost some of its fonts styles in my design now in PowerPoint? I need both files looking the same.
Thanks - I did not know about the quick email link. Question: Is there a way of saving individual bitmaps or jpeg files in PowerPoint - rather than "current one" or "all slides"? Thanks (David)
@@KevinStratvert Thanks Kevin. I do that often and save to PNG etc. However, there does not seem to be a way - as you demonstrated with the pdf - of selecting several specific slides and saving them to bmp or jpeg. If there is a way I am sure you know it. If not, perhaps you could take an ex Microsoft colleague out for a drink and 'twist their arm' . It would be so useful. Great videos - I try watch them all. (David. UK)
I can't work without quick access toolbar i have it customised for Word, PPT & Excel. I would struggle without it as the interface for the menu bars (light grey/white) in these latest versions are awful and hard to see/find what I'm looking for everything blurbs into one when you look at it and takes forever and a day to find what I want (no logic to where some of the things have been placed) I like colour and icons that stands out so prefer the old version of Windows.
