But, if he tried marijuana, combined with other drugs, like hallucinogens, for example? It's very likely that that's what caused him to suddenly start attacking others around him.
Furthermore, if I want to "assume," it's my own business. The guy went on a "killing spree," attacking people at random, in every possible way. Mental issues, like anti-social behavior...and prior police records, like assault and battery, could have played a role in this criminal case, too.
Furthermore, I know what drugs and alcohol can do to people. I wasn't born yesterday, like you.

No, I've tried some drugs before. Marijuana doesn't have that effect on people. That's why it's legalized in many of our U.S. States.
He must have taken a hallucinogen, if that was the real cause of his anger.

@@user-gu4xb3tw3w Yes I fully understand that. I never touched that drug personally but I never heard of side effects like this. Maybe the drug was laced like what the person said it was. But I was just speaking about the overall majority that when people are taking or abusing drugs or alcohol they never want to take responsibility for their actions and they always want to point the finger at somebody else has the problem.
This is one of the big reasons why in other countries you can just go to a pharmacy and get any drug you want because it's not as much abused as it is in the United States

Marijuana is a mellowing substance. It, on its own, does Not incite people to violence.
nobody with any sense would claim it's harmless. that's not the same thing as saying it should be illegal. alcohol is not harmless, lots of drunks have killed people, intentionally and otherwise. few people think alcohol should be illegal though. the prohibition laws against such minor vices do far more harm to society on balance, than the vices themselves.

If it was laced with pcp. Why didn't the other guy he was smoking with flip out also? Pcp and other substances don't come cheap. A dealer has to spend extra resources to add anything.
