@@australianoutback There's good reasons why nothing is open in Brisbane after 9pm. It's because everyone in that yawn town is in bed at 8pm. The only person around is you. How many burgers do you think this shop would sell after 9pm? Fuk all is how many. If it was worth being open do you not think they would be open? Who closes their shop when there's people lining up?

That burger is so cheap when you look at the quality of the ingredients and the size, amazing value.

However, a takeaway shop burger is always going to be better than a chain store burger, no competition.

Just got back from Fiji, the resort charges Aussie prices but staff take home 50 bucks a week. Greed mate, I farking hate it.
In Australia during summer our local Fish n Chip shops at the beach and near the pools would be packed with barefoot Aussies in bathers ordering stuff like this. Love it, lets never let these mum and dad businesses die!
Hamburger with the lot, Steak sandwich, Crab sticks, Scallops, Flake and Whiting, Dim Sims, Chicko Rolls, Spring Rolls, Potatato cakes, Pickled Onions and Pineapple fritters........does not get more Aussie than that!

Love these little joints dotted around the Goldie and surrounds ware you can pick up a feed, fishing bait and this outlet looks as though even a feather duster… When the bag goes transparent you know you’re in for a feast and that Aussie burger looked great! Grego this has been amazing you never finish the burger i was waiting for you to say you had enough its a testament its best burger and it came out of unlikely suburbs like at Pine Ridge. Im definitely going to this local business next time im on the GC.perhaps MSG a sprinkle of it would completed it im going to take my own MSG with me when i go here.

You say it’s missing something. My first and instant thought is of course it’s missing seasoning, you’ve got a minute steak for a beef Pattie meaning less salt and flavour you are used to in a hamburger.
This is great value for money. I paid $14 for a burger in Sydney west today and it was nowhere near as big as this.
Jack's, Mac's, et al burgers are all around $50/kilo

GregO gave away the big chain S*$# years ago I’m not interested in a burger that tastes the same up and down the east coast. You simply can’t beat the mum and dad burger shops and personally I’d rather support the locals having a go rather than corporate. That’s my rant cheers champion

I love a good works burger. That looked amazing. Gotta have beetroot and pineapple! My mouth isn't as big as yours, so I find turning the burger upside down, stops it falling apart. Most of the time. For me.
