- reportedly Kawasaki new motor will have the name of Kawasaki W series like other W series brothers, could be Kawasaki W175 or W150, depending on the capacity of the machine to be used. As for the launch timeline, it is likely to release in November.
It's just not clear whether the latest retro sport bike Kawasaki will carry a 150cc or 175cc engine as rumored lately, but the strong direction is to use 175cc, why? because Kawasaki had a line up 175cc labeled Kawasaki Eliminator 175cc which was sold in several countries in Southeast Asia. - Авто та транспорт

I think we need a nice 400+cc engine... simple, retro, easily customisable, no plastic, less on gizmos- more on performance, easy maintenance thing.
More on the lines of the Bonneville and Ural.

I wish Kawasaki would keep the current W800 styling but use a belt drive instead of a Traditional Chain to save weight and make maintenance even less.
i have replaced many belts on the 454 LTD because rocks get stuck in the pulleys, go shaft

That is a really nice looking bike but a couple of small details that would see it look even better for the UK or European market is disk rear brake not drum and make it 200 cc.
Maybe even make it like a mini Vulcan s.

Needs to be a 250cc, it’s always been a good light bike engine size which will cruise at most highway speed limits without being gas thirsty or over revving

Whoa, I don't think that's any 175. At least a 400 though it is quite well done as a retro. Reminds me of the KZ400s of the mid '70s which I'd like to have these days. Good all-round bike with decent power and carrying ability. Looks like the finish is very good if the production versions come out as slick.
