As a teenager, fifty years ago, I had a pocket knife which had a very small hatchet on it; but , sadly, it did break when I tried to use it on something too big; never found another like it.
You don't happen to have any pictures or any more information about it, do you? It sounds very interesting.

No pictures; back then no one would waste good money on a roll of film for the Kodak just to take a picture of a teenager's pocket knife; it was just not like today where every little thing gets photographed on someone's phone for all the world to see. I don't remember the manufacturer either, but the hatchet blade was a single piece of steel about 3/16 inch wide on the back with a true edge of about 1 1/2 inch, if i remember correctly.
@@m.w.wilson234 They just asked. No need to be passive aggressive about it. It was worth a try, maybe no one would photograph a pocket knife, but someone might take a photo of their kid using it for example. It was worth a try to ask. As per the knife itself there was a couple of them it might've been something like saddlehorn combo hatchet or union cut ocult.

You cant exactly sharpen them if theyre in the scissor form
I really like want that little Valhalla, someone finally figured out how to make a folder with a longer blade than the handle that doesn’t look extremely goofy, and I hope I can find that 1st miguron in stock.
I love the little push dagger/knife, I also love the orange handle knife, the way it opens is cool

I love those knives that you just showed. I collect as well and I don’t know about you but very few of my knives are actually used but I always keep them in the best condition I can. Thanks for sharing. I know you don’t sell knives or anything like that BUT I do wonder where you got the otf knife that was just before the shears. The super thanks is positioned right in front of where the actual names of the knives were written but I’m sure you know that.

Never in my life have I seen a sheepsfoot OTF. definitely a new one.
I bought a Pachmayr Sheepsfoot folder a few years ago. There is something very satisfying about the heft of the blade. That OTF version is pretty neat!

The Rule designer was definitely a kid playing with scissors and imagining how they could be two separate knives when taken apart. I know because I did the same thing

Push daggers are useless if only one side is sharp. But the tactical scissors provide a legit use as scissors are really useful and it can be used to spark ferrus rods, or as a knife. Rare instance of multipurpose tools being effective. I wonder how durable the edge and tip are
No. A push dagger doesn't require both edges to be sharp in order to do what they're designed to do. Furthermore, the main focus of that knife is the morphing feature. Push daggers by themselves aren't all that interesting.
So no one edged knife can stab ? One little detail proves you wrong: human history.

I know it's primarily an art piece, it's therefore subjective how a person appreciates it. That said, a requisite for something to be a technical dagger is to have both sides sharp. A push dagger with one sharp side works against the primary purpose of a push dagger; it makes your punches into stabs. So it's much less effective at the stabbing it's meant for, and much less importantly, it is easier to grab and control than a standard push dagger.
I personally view the highest levels of art as being a fusion of function and form. Which is why the tactical scissors appeals so much to me.
I like the skizzors... you can keep the rest...

That material is called Ultem, and it is extremely strong, it aint going to break

It's the metal I was referring too it's very thin and flimsy.
I never knew how much I needed tactical scissors!
I use to have a Boker Steel(German make )thick blade cuts into métal and i still shave my haïr off my Armstrong...Awesome
