Beautiful! Well done, Mama! I’m 38+3 with #2 and hoping for an unmedicated birth. I had to be induced with my first due to a prolonged fluid leak so I also have no idea what to expect. Thank you so much for sharing your story!
Love your story! I’ve had epidurals with both of my babies. We’re wanting to try for #3 soon and really tempted to go unmedicated!
Highly recommend!! Both have their pros and cons for sure, but after experiencing both I would 100% do no epidural again!!
💪🏻 congratulations! I am 25 weeks with baby number 2 and have said no epidural for this one, because my epidural messed my back up with my son… but I am so nervous about the pain. This really helped calm my nerves a little
I'm so glad it helped! Definitely difficult but so worth it!! You got this!
My 2nd baby was also 8lb 10oz with a big head. Pushing hurts but you can push them out faster sometimes than a smaller one
I pray I get my unmedicated birth with my second who is due Jan 2024! I had to get induced at 41+5 which was already not what I wanted. I failed to progress on pitocin while laboring unmedicated for 15 hours. Ended up getting the epidural and had a 35 hour labor total.
I can’t imagine going from that to a 3 hour labor 😍🙌🏼 but I think it’s possible!!
Wow you had such a journey!! Anything is possible!! I never thought I'd have such a quick second labor!
