225g (8 oz) caster sugar
275g (10 oz) self-raising flour
1 level tsp baking powder
4 large eggs
4 tbsp milk
200g (7 oz) sultanas
100g (4 oz) ready-to-eat dried apricots, finely chopped
1 level tbsp demerara sugar

I liked your recipe but there is no need to call grapes sultanas.The vast majority of people never heard od that.Grapes is fine.
