So Luigi took 10% of Shaggy's power without even budging, yet Waluigi couldn't handle half a percent? Unless he pulls some incredibly dirty trick I think the purple menace is about to be quite humbled in part 4.
Well considering he did absolutely nothing but dirty tricks. Stealing others power, teleporting shaggy, murdering his crew. He’s not as strong but he definitely is more flexible.

Well it was raised half a percent so we don’t know how much he was at before that. Waluigi was able to not die instantly when shaggy was extremely angry so I think he’s got some decent strength.
Luigi wins literally using 0% of his power. We witness one of the upmost rarest occasions Shaggy might need more than half of his power.
Rapping English and Japanese and making it actually work is a skill unto itself. Well done. That flowed nicely.

Seems WB seem to be in on the idea of an ultra-instinct super-powered Shaggy now, I would love if they'd commit to a limited run TV series exploring the concept now they've established the lore with multiversus. Extra points if they are still detective stories; Just with a super-powered twist. We don't see that done too often in animation (at least not on this side of the world), bar the occasional episode of the week in superhero cartoons.

You pick up a move or two when your best friend is the Doom Slayer.
He's trained but stupid, and dogs see the world 20% faster than we do because that's their brain tick speed. She has 2 intellectual benefits and a visual edge over him, so even with basic fight training, like a women's self defense class, she could easily take him down. This is frequently played out in his show, small women body him on the regular with just a little Judo because he focuses on flash and leaves himself wide open. He's a brick, both physically *and* mentally. Also, as a well-adjusted dog, she would be *100%* into a good wrestle. Poor guy never stood a chance.

Let's all be honest here, this entire animation is basically what most Shonen animes are. The only thing missing here is the girl(s) in the group.
The girl is the viewer watching, since most of them sit on the sidelines just watching with their hands over their mouths.
Isabelle fits as "anime girl" and both of them had girls in their individual videos. Velma, Daphne, Rosalina, and Daisy were all there. Maybe they'll be back in part 2: Vs Waluigi!

After seeing how badass was Waluigi in your "Waluigi vs Smash Bros" series, I'm kinda hyped about the ending

Waluigi may not have the pure skill, power or strength of One Jump Man or Shaggy Ball Z, but he has grit. Sheer unadulterated grit. A fuck tonne of it. Which is exactly why he would make such a compelling villain for these two. Never underestimate a man who has something to prove.

I like the detail of Luigi, a character made by a Japanese company, speaking Japanese, while Shaggy, a character made by an American company, speaks English.
I love how Shaggy doesn't understand Luigi until he says "Let's eat", like even if he doesn't know Japanese he somehow still knows when food is brought up, that's a very Shaggy punchline
I think that's more because he's a parody of one punch man, who's Japanese. Luigi is Italian after all, despite being made by a Japanese company.

Saitama’s fighting style is well captured in one jump Man. He dodges or takes hits the entire fight, and then finishes it quickly. Tho in this scenario he was pissed and also he didnt really get a chance to deliver that one-jump
He did use the jump. But he didn't use the amount of power needed to beat Shaggy since he treated him like a common enemy he fought before.
Which he realize he should be realize once Shaggy use 10%.
And I love how well it was shown too.

connecting this story to the Waluigi trilogy has terrifying implications. Waluigi basically destroyed Luigi and everyone else in a 1 vs everyone. it's kinda crazy when you think about it. he could likely take both shaggy and Luigi at the same time.
EDIT: now that part 2 came out its pretty clear that waluigi has never met one jump man, which means that luigi and one jump man arent the same person.
I love how 10% of Shaggy's power summons Skeletor and they show the rap had 8 different bars that rhymed with Skeletor but they never said Skeletor. It was a demon with evil intentions!!
