Oh yea, I purposefully left out Goten. I should've expected people would mention him in the comments, but he would amount to pretty much nothing in this scenario. I'll mention him if there's a part 2 to this scenario, but realistically he probably wouldn't do anything there either lol. Same for Kid Trunks
Same goes for anyone mentioning Future Bulma or Dende. I anticipated this scenario being a one-off but if we do get a part 2, I'll address what they've been up to. I have it written out just in case, but opted to only focus on Cell for this part and ignore the heroes

@@greenightponydragon5127 that wouldn't really work, he wouldn't be able to sense any of the fighters there, and while he did go King Kai's planet, I doubt he ever realized that he was in the afterlife or even KNOWS how to get back even with Instant Transmission. Also besides him not knowing, and not being able to do it, it wouldn't really be interesting if he just goes there and slaughters the same people right after he already killed them

and Also Vegeta's fault for letting Cell achieves his Perfect Form, Krillin's fault for not blown up 18, and Gohan's for not killed cell earlier.

Cell and Buu friendship is the most wholesome and best thing to come out of this
I would really like a full series about this. Maybe cell eventually realizes the Saiyans potential and revives them. And he eventually becomes a mix between Kakarot (fair fight), Vegeta (anti hero android saga Vegeta), and Gohan's rage boost to become a truly ultimate fighter. So he basically becomes a good guy who sees all the potential of the Saiyans around the Beerus arc. And uses them as training partners like Buu. Also I'd love to see Golden Cell.
Just went back and rewatched What if Gohan was in MHA, hope you bring that series back soon!

@@Babatunde_69420 the thing is that even though as a regular super saiyan Gohan was stronger than goku but cell was no where near using his true power
Goku gave the senzu so that Gohan would get beaten up faster and awaken his hidden power
I'll admit, I didn't think this scenario had much potential initially, but you managed to make it very interesting. I would definitely love to see a continuation to this What-if.
I have a new what if idea: What if the humans still trained trying to keep the same goal they had before to one day surpass goku
I absolutely love the idea of Perfect Cell and Fat Buu being friends
I wish a sequel was made because the adventures of Cell and Buu sounds fun.
I’m kind of surprised that Denda and Bulma haven’t used the dragon balls by this point to revive everyone. Would have thought that enough time had passed by now. Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if Chichi, after giving birth, did it herself if only to tear into everyone for letting her firstborn die fighting a monster like that.

@@FlyingwithFire But Gohan is strong enough. He was able to beat Super Perfect Cell while injured, imagine if he was fully healed. If this realistically were to happen Dende would of just revived everyone the second Cell had left earth, Gohan would of fought Cell again and would win instantly.

Maybe in terms of power Gohan is stronger
But I’m pretty sure in a real fight Super Perfect Cell can win (due to his OP ability and his fighting experience)
I was wondering where the Z-Fighter were, because their are the Earth's Dragon Balls and Namekian Dragon Balls to bring them back to life. But man Gohan and Future Trunks will have huge jumps in power (And learning different techniques too like the Fusion Dance.) with their latent potential with training in the Other World it will not be fun day for Cell when the rematch happens. Anyways another good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.

I was thinking when Beerus awake, Cell would inmediatly charge against him but lose insantly. I think if Beerus beats up Cell too much Boo might get angry, liberating his evil part, get him eaten by it and forming super boo. Very good for Cell since this is the boo thats likes to fight

2. I feel like Bulma would either gather the dragon balls or go to Roshi and find them together. After all, their friends, pupils, and lover all died. I think they'd want them back. Seems like they would have been brought back before Cell returned to earth, but that doesn't really matter. I don't think a retcon is needed. Just something to explain why it took them so long.

To be fair. I would like a scenario where after he kills Gohan (and vegeta,) Cell would probably calm down. Announcing himself the winner and.. then simply giving up. His primary goal had been completed, and he wasn't obligated to do as Gero wished, and probably take an Android 17 role. Aka care for the nature around him due to the other's wishes to protect the earth. (Since he has their DNA, and if it wasn't for Freeza's DNA he'd probably be nicer overall.) So it's basically the humans + piccolo and cell on earth. (With them reviving the other's secretly. Probably.)

So either super buu rise to defeat or absorb cell leading to shin dying later. If Shin lives long enough, Beerus wakes up and Hakan buu/cell with ease. Now heroes....well depends if fusion can do the job.
King kai should tell the namekons to revive piccolo, goku, and gohan, and use the earths dragon balls to wish back everyone one kill by cell back to life and they could try to beat cell again!
