This video really captures David's gift and enthusiasm for the teaching of the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. How blessed we are to have him call Philadelphia home ! David has become a Philadelphia classic like the Liberty Bell, soft pretzels and
cheesesteaks ( if cheesesteaks were vegan )

After nearly 3 years practising Ashtanga yoga on my own (not by choice but because there is no such teacher where I live) at last with your video I seem to get real bases to get a chance to REALLY work properly on the jumping back! Despite the fact that I have watched many videos from great yogi (Kino, Larula Glaser, Mark darby and others) none had given me simple keys to start working efficiently on that move that seems so elusive and impossible, so I wanted to thank you for this video and the energy and motivation you put in demonstrating how it has to be done and where to start the work; it is very inspiring and now I feel ready to REALLY start the work so thank you so much, I am going to work a lot with your u tube channel from now on!!

this is no sports, this is yoga. If you can do this on the spot, you're probably the most talented yoga beginner ever.....To do this, it takes years of practice.
