I was wondering what her reaction was when she came to pickup the car. It was truly a miraculous change. You do such a great job. I was the family detailer for years. I can't do it anymore. I can't get in the the nooks and crannies now. But, in the day you could "eat off the floor" of any car I cleaned. There was not even a piece of lint in there. I really appreciate watching you get in there and clean. Your standards are great! One thing I noticed especially is the windows. I worked and worked to get streak free windows but it was almost impossible. I remember the first time I was watching you and the glass "disappeared". I couldn't believe it - after all those years of trying. I still watch closely to see if that is still happening. It is. Keep up the high standards. People notice, Take care.

I detailed my car by myself yesterday. Lol. It’s a tough job. I kept having to go over spots, over and over. It looks good though. Good job on the hard work you do. ❤
I did this for one of my boyfriends Jeep, except I fully detailed it over 2 days myself..following everything you do! It's hard work, especially for someone who gets hot easily. It was SO rewarding to see the results. Too bad they didn't last and it needs to be cleaned again. Hes the type that treats his back seat as a dumpster...and he eats out everyday for lunch at work so imagine how dirty it gets.
Is there room for a storage bin in the back? Perhaps you could put one back there without the top so he could toss his trash in that. It would be easier to clean out.
I have to say an honest thank you detail geek. I saw my first video 4 years ago while I was working in classic car insurance and decided to start a side detailing business. While I never built that out it led me through an amazing journey working with multiple businesses gaining multiple certifications and now installing PPF and films on badass vehicles daily. Keep up the great work!!
Can't wait to see this video, I'm quite a CR-V lover, really a fan of these SUV, it's such a nice car to drive and it helped me to transport so much stuff, lot's of space inside it honestly
Hello Robert, Wow this brings back memories. As a young junior Accountant ,my boss owned one .I used to drive it on a regular basis, to the bank,to the shops to collect refreshments and nibbles and at times used the car for weekends. Absolutely gorgeous car. Thanks for your video Robert.
I wouldn't even wanna know what it would cost 🤣😳. I've done full details for my neighbor for about $150. Yes I undercharged but they don't care too much about their car so 🤣. I actually brought scratched and oxidized paint back to life. He was gonna sell it but changed his mind after I was done 🤣.
Do you ever install a new cabin filter during these extreme cleaning projects? Considering how much dirt and dust some of these cars have been exposed to, the filter's probably pretty clogged. Might be a nice service, and not expensive.
OMG! I have lost count of how many time I have ask that question. Sure, he cleans the vents (makes it look all nice and clean). But it stands to reason that given how dirty and dusty the interior of the car is, the cabin air filter AND the duct work has to be equally dirty. First time the air is turned on, POOF!, the vents are sure to be spewing dust right back into the car. Funny thing about those air filters. While I was driving my mom's Pontiac Montana van (not so mini) down to where my son lives (to gift it to him), I was having to have the fan set full speed and the air temp set max on cold just to be barely comfortable during the 3 day mid August trip. When I got there, first thing I did was tell my son he might need to get the AC checked and why. Next day, first thing that he did was pull the air filter on the air vent into the interior of the van, and he pulled the cabin air filter ........ both were in dire need of either a good cleaning or simply replaced ...... which he did ..... replaced them. After than, he had to seriously adjust the air temp for the AC ..... no way did he need it on max, nor did he need max speed on the fan.

Hey, a work truck or vehicle will never be fully clean if you are doing your job right! No one can fully restore 3 years back to the vehicle. You however did an excellent job to the sows ear and tried to turn it into a silk 👛. In this day and recession, all the beast gets is maintenance and a little sprucing up!
I like how *he* was the one in trouble because his own work vehicle was dirty... as if it's his problem that she's upset about it. Unless he's trying to take her out for a nice night on the town in this thing, who cares? It's a work vehicle, it's going to stay dirty pretty much constantly, why waste the time and money?
Love the video as always, but I will say this one titled and thumbnail was a lil click baity this week. For being a "Stolen" vehicle I was honestly expecting a stolen vehicle that was recovered and needed cleaned up after said thief's.
In my experience they range from $150.00 to almost $300 for a simple cleaning. I've heard of service quality like this guy's work going as high as $1,000 depending on time spent and resources used. This is just a guesstimate but you factor in $25/hour for labor at 14 hours and you get $350.00 Then you factor in operations fees for electricity usage for equipment, water, cleaning solutions which for a job this long could run: Vacuum. $50 Power washer. $60 Steam brush. $40 Soap for exterior. $25 Wheel cleaner. $15 Polishing. $100 Extraction for rugs. $100 Floor mats. $15/each Seats. Between $80/$100 Interior trim detail. $60 Windows. $40 And these are just guesses, could be less, could be more. But it is pretty common for a full car or truck/people carrier cleaning and detail to run a $1000 or more. It's a pretty lucrative business and operational costs can get pretty expensive especially if the detailer uses custom tools and cleaners. I don't know how much he charges but my guess for this job is about $1,000.00. Not a bad deal at all for getting a messy car back looking like you just bought it brand new. $1,000 bucks for like new condition? Yeah, I'd pay that! 😎
Another fantastic job. I know when I use to detail cars a long time ago that is was most satisfying job I have ever had. Hard work but really rewarding.
WTH ! 🤯 I couldn't believe my eyes ! The dirt grime that just came out of the center back seat after the steam is SUPER DISGUSTING 🤢🤮 Good thing you steamed it bro ! Bravo for the awesome work 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽💯
These videos are highly addictive. One thing that I think when I see some of the more difficult cleans (the barn find pontiac G6 comes to mind), I always worry about if the interior is that bad...the mechanicals have to be so bad. Have you ever detailed a car and looked at the engine bay and went, "Well this isn't going to last." Which also brings me to question...do you clean engines as well?
Wow what a transformation. I can't believe how good the paint looks. That's a testament to old school Honda. I know their latter year civics had clear coat issues but this looks great. 👌
Do you take your shoes off to protect them from getting dirty lol yahooooooo. I used to work as a service advisor for Ford and I would say I place plastic seat covers in the car to protect my clothes from getting dirty. Some of the cars that came in were pretty nasty
The pour is my favourite part of your videos. Not the most disgusting pour ever but still always a treat to see all that dirt out of the car and in down the train. Keep up the good work.
Your videos are very educational to me. I take alot of your techniques and apply them to cleaning my own personal vehicles. Very good products that you use also. Love the fact that you recommend a steamer, which made cleaning so much easier and makes the cars smell fresher. FYI... you can also use the steamer to remove old window tint with leaving the glue behind or scratching the glass. Thank you for all your help on dealing plus your not bad to look at also...
I bought the steamer on your recommendation and used it to clean up some dried wood glue on my parallel clamps! It was beautiful! It's uses are endless!
Great job, as usual! Thank you for doing tasks that customers won't even notice! Kudos to that work ethic! Maybe you've already answered this, if so point me to that video if you are able, but I was wondering how do you clean your non-disposable towels? And how often/when do you replace them? Thanks.
A few things: Could you start your vacuuming with the dash and all and show how much you can get off with the brush and vac? Could you show how to clean the headliner/ support columns? Do you ever buff the paint with compound and polish and wax? Could you do a vid about it
Great job. I have a 2006 crv. I wonder if you looked under the back of the hatch. There’s a table under it. 2006 is the last time they put a small fold up table. I was surprised when I seen mine. I thought the previous owner put it there but I was mistaken.
I love your work!!!! It amazes me how much you love cleaning automobiles!!! When I clean my truck I use Fabuloso the red one with the strawberries in it to clean everything. And I use a rag and extremely hot water. It turns out great!!!! 😁😁😁
Wow. Your videos never cease to amaze me. From calming me down and helping me sleep to watching something just to watch it, I’ll be around here for a while longer. I love the content, keep it up! (Also the new studio is coming along nicely!)
It's therapeutic to watch you work your magic on these vehicles. I love a good before-and-after, no matter the project (people, houses, cars, furniture.. etc) and you do such an incredible job that I want to find a really dirty car and clean it!! :)

In my experience they range from $150.00 to almost $300 for a simple cleaning. I've heard of service quality like this guy's work going as high as $1,000 depending on time spent and resources used.
This is just a guesstimate but you factor in $25/hour for labor at 14 hours and you get $350.00
Then you factor in operations fees for electricity usage for equipment, water, cleaning solutions which for a job this long could run:
Vacuum. $50
Power washer. $60
Steam brush. $40
Soap for exterior. $25
Wheel cleaner. $15
Polishing. $100

Floor mats. $15/each

And these are just guesses, could be less, could be more.
But it is pretty common for a full car or truck/people carrier cleaning and detail to run a $1000 or more. It's a pretty lucrative business and operational costs can get pretty expensive especially if the detailer uses custom tools and cleaners.

Do you take your shoes off to protect them from getting dirty lol yahooooooo. I used to work as a service advisor for Ford and I would say I place plastic seat covers in the car to protect my clothes from getting dirty. Some of the cars that came in were pretty nasty
You did a great Job God bless you sir 🌀👍🏽🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🙋🏽♂🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just what I needed to relax my mind! Thank you @ The Detail Geek, you never disappoint.❤️
Wow great job. Your amazing detailing such nasty filthy vehicle, Transformed them looking like new vehicles. Thank you for sharing God bless💕👏🏼
Now that its all cleaned up and its exactly what i have been searching for for 4 years, may I please buy it.? Love what you did
The pour is my favourite part of your videos. Not the most disgusting pour ever but still always a treat to see all that dirt out of the car and in down the train.
Keep up the good work.
Beautiful job as always.
Beautiful work God bless u
Your videos are very educational to me. I take alot of your techniques and apply them to cleaning my own personal vehicles. Very good products that you use also. Love the fact that you recommend a steamer, which made cleaning so much easier and makes the cars smell fresher. FYI... you can also use the steamer to remove old window tint with leaving the glue behind or scratching the glass.
Thank you for all your help on dealing plus your not bad to look at also...
*a lot
I’ve looked for the links to the steamer, brushes and cleaners, yet I can’t seem to find them.
Great thorough cleaning!!
Exceptional quality, ty!
I bought the steamer on your recommendation and used it to clean up some dried wood glue on my parallel clamps! It was beautiful! It's uses are endless!
Amazing work Mitch 🔥🔥
Thank you. I've been wanting to see you do a front and back window clean. They look amazing 🌟
I just came across this channel today. What a transformation!
What an awesome job you did. Makes me wish you lived and worked in the US, Norcal to be exact. Or me living in Canada.
Would have loved to see the client's reaction!!
Good job Mitch 👏
Loving your videos 🫶🏻
Wow. Your videos never cease to amaze me. From calming me down and helping me sleep to watching something just to watch it, I’ll be around here for a while longer. I love the content, keep it up! (Also the new studio is coming along nicely!)
good work as always doc

It's therapeutic to watch you work your magic on these vehicles. I love a good before-and-after, no matter the project (people, houses, cars, furniture.. etc) and you do such an incredible job that I want to find a really dirty car and clean it!! :)
