Agree about the credit card and I feel if I personally can’t pay it off at the end of the month then the interest is also on top of the cost of the bag ,perfume ,shoes or whatever it is 🤦♀️
Great video. One of the things I have learned that you mentioned is not to just purchase things bc they are on sale as well. It truly has saved me lots of money and the purchases I do make are for things I really want. I also have a high yield savings acct where I set money aside to build up for purchases for handbags, travel and concerts separately from my main savings acct. Doing it this way has worked well for me. Like you , also learned that if you want something and can buy it, just buy it bc it’s either gone or discontinued!

But I don’t remember it, lol. 🙄 Recently I’ve been buying spontaneously and that’s why several bags are being returned. But if we don’t see them in person, we don’t know if we’ll like them. I prefer preloved for luxury bags, I don’t need that boutique experience anymore, been there for many years and done that, now that the prices are sky high I can find preloved that looks like no one used it like your YSL. Contemporary I would do preloved or new, just depends. My hubby is addicted to the Coach outlet 😜 Luckily he can pay cash for that, no credit card needed. Problem with contemporary for me is I know myself and I can go down the rabbit hole quickly, I have collector tendencies, so to control I I try not to look 😜

I've never paid interest on credit cards. I use the ones who give cash back. Last time , I waited until it built up to $3400 . It was free money. 😊
