BRONZE FOXTROT PROMENADE/SWAY

November 30, 2023 Lancaster Community Center. American Smooth Foxtrot, bronze level. Thank you Hemali for the demo assist and Pat for the video. We started with the basic 6 count, left rock turn (trouble step), promenade, promenade underarm turn, sway step and sway step underarm turn. This was a great night for review of past steps and fun night of practice! Lesson was taught by Jym Cole of Sunstrike Dancesport.
