    When you say calorie deficit, what is the target number one should be shooting for on a daily basis to lose weight?

      Body weight times 10-12
      Will tell u the standard amount you should get
      Then eat 300-500 less than that number for a deficit
      that’s my understanding of it
      (Pick the higher number if you’re more active)
