This is very informative! Did you ever consider another speciality? Literally the ONLY thing holding me back from family medicine is talking to insurance..I feel like my heart would break every time they would deny coverage.
@@drjennale right now I'm on twelve weeks of internal med (4 weeks of inpatient, general outpatient, and specialties) and for my inpatient I'm actually on the family med inpatient team and living it right now! I know it isn't the same but I'm glad that at least I have this early on

Wish I would have seen this earlier as I have family med as my last rotation of third year 😭
Nooo!!! You need to set up audition rotations pretty early so it’s hard to tell if you will like FM or not if you haven’t done a rotation.
