loved these suggestions. I need some eye patches. Not related but do you know of an affordable Glycolic Acid product? I only use a cleanser & a moisturizer with hyalluronic acid. Trying to up my skin care game lol.
Ahhhh that patchology kit is my FAVORITE for travel. The flight attendants always get a kick out of me using the eye patches and lip patch.

What some thing to bring for 4 hours flight and 2 hour wait? I usually just bring lap top put Netflix and adult color book with wordsearch
The noise cancelling headphones are a very good tip for long flights! I remember a nine hour flight with a baby screaming as loud as it could for almost 8 hours -.-

Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl its suuuuuch a good book!! I read it for my philosophy class in my senior year of high school and its still one of my favorite non- fiction books. It really is enlightening, specially if you're going through a rough time. I hope you enjoy it!

I tried the ginger candies but I didn't stick with it because of the taste... Do you have any other tips/remedies for dealing with motion sickness, which has helped you? I've tried over the counter medication and wrist bands which didn't work. I always dread flying 😫
I use ginger chews for nausea. They are gross tasting but it's a quick gross taste instead of a lasting bad taste. Ginger works wonders for my nausea
Courtney travel sickness is no fun 😔one thing that worked for me was peppermint tea. I packed some teabags and my (empty!) thermos, then asked the hostie for hot water. I brewed it super strong, using two teabags and it worked like a charm. My mum also used to have these wrist bands that have a little plastic bump on them to press on a pressure point in your wrist to help with nausea. No idea if they work though! My only other suggestion is a quick trip to the doctor for an anti nausea medication or something to suppress vomiting. Good luck!
Courtney I get motion sickness every time I travel, whether via air, sea or land. I eat chocolates or sour candies. A lot of people tell me to eat mints but it makes me more nauseous so maybe you could try something sweet or sour!

most big airports have water-bottle filling stations now, or just use the drinking fountain by a bathroom if you can't use a soda fountain at a restaurant

I haven’t found anyone else that wipe the plane area down except me... and I always get the weird stares when I am wiping down the areas I will be touching... good to know I am not the only one

Girl my switch is like my favorite thing ever lol. Also SO glad I’m not the only person who wipes down the plane with wet wipes. Planes are dirty! Also a sensitive tummy. Legit are we the same person? Lmao
I think my biggest concern always seems to be, where am I going to toss these?! Do you just keep a small bag with you to collect stuff until a flight attendent comes by for trash? My issue with face masks is the essence that is usually left over, and I don't want to create a mess 😂

I’m leaving for my holiday tomorrow night lol So, this was really helpful:) What’s the best thing to take on a plane if u only have little motion sickness? I do get it. But it’s not severe motion sickness etc
dramamine makes 'natural' ginger pills, the peppermint oil really helps too, or chewing gum/mints. staying hydrated is a good call, and i always buy a ginger ale/sprite/7up bubbly soda and that seems to help during the flight.

Is it worth it to purchase an emergency exit seat? Has anyone found it worth the extra money for extra leg room on long haul?

I usually bring my calpak carry on and checked bag whenever I travel 😂

I literally have your backpack
It's super excessive but... if you have 2 phones/devices... You can play white noise in the noise canceling/over-ear headphones and play your regular music/tv/movie in earbuds underneath the over-ear headphones. I always pack chewing gum and/or mints to help with the weird smells. Another tip for flights is to blast the air before take-off because while the plane is taxi-ing, the air will usually turn off and it'll be uncomfortable hot stale air. I can't bring myself to use face masks/patches on a flight, but I like to wash my face/face wipe and remoisturize before boarding. I also bring a travel pillow that I hug/fold my arms on so that I don't have to curl up and screw up my neck/shoulders.
