Thank you!!!! Every single other video shows the crank and everything already removed and assumes everyone is only asking about how to knock sealed bearings out of the frame. Well I wanted to double check which side was reverse thread before I started reefing on it in the wrong direction, and if it was possible to remove everything without a 32mm spanner wrench and whatever that two-pronged wrench is called that fits in the slots in that plate. Seeing you do it told me everything I needed to know and I got it removed with an adjustable wrench and a big ol flat blade in a slot.
Glad I saw this video.. I got 2 new 3pc crank sets (GT/Mission) for my 2020 GT Slammer and 1995 Dyno Air.. I will be leaving the Air until last. I had a 1pc crankset on the GT Bank, I removed it. I decided to take off the 3pc crank that came with the Slammer and tossed it onto the GT Bank.. it was fairly easy I suppose. I just cleaned the bearings and regreased. But I did purchase 2 nice new 19mm bottom bracket sets as someone told me I would need them for the 3pc GT Power Series and the similar Mission 3pc crank set. Now I am just wondering as to if I really need to use the 19mm bottom brackets.. Seems like a little bit of work popping out those old cups, and on both my Bank/Slammer those suckers are in there GOOD. Can I install the 3pc crank set without the nice bottom bracket onto the Slammer, just curious.. As for the older Air I will just wait a few more weeks for the weather to get nice. Thanks!
there are hard to remove but the dk bike I got is now stripped cuz the bolt is that tight and the factory seemed to paint over the screw on top of thread locking blue stuff. Idk what to do now
I'm looking for a three piece crank set with an unsealed american bottom bracket to upgrade an american bottom bracket/one piece crank bike. For some reason I can't find exactly that, I'll buy the parts from this video off you 🤣🤣🤣
I'm sorry that i do not have a better video to show that process. The sprocket is installed on an unsealed 3-piece the same way as a one piece crank except it has a crank arm bolt like a sealed 3-piece. you can check out the beginning of my 1-piece installation video to see how I install a sprocket on a 1-piece crank. ua-cam.com/video/Sgvx7p6IySk/v-deo.html

I needed this for the kink 2022, removing the crankset made me cranky.

For bearing greasing and other general maintenance I don't have to take the bearing cups off right?
no
why don't any searches mention this lock bolt!? it should be in the literal title too!!
HOW DO I PUT THE SProcket on the spindle?
