Honestly, the image of John the Apostle as the front and center image on Xavier’s videos, and the comic book cover, is what got me into watching his videos and learning more about Christian comic books. The image of a warrior with the cross on their chest is nothing new but in comic books it’s not seen as often anymore, unless it’s a period peace of the crusades or a fantasy story having nothing to do with the faith involved with it. Learning about the Remnant and studying the Bible I saw the author’s use of imagery and scripture in the stories that ultimately made it better and more enjoyable to read and explore bc Christ’s message isn’t ignored or lost in the mix. I genuinely want to incorporate more scripture into my own stories to help spread the Word. I hope the author is able to inspire more people with his work and this channel can keep giving us these reviews so we all learn more about it.
Well said 🙏🏿
The guy who does these comes up with cool designs
FTC squad😂. Bro I love your coverage of this series.
Is this a real comic series 🤔?
Yes. It's an independent series with over 30 published issues
I think they shouldn’t use Bible characters in comic, why because they are slick, later they have him fighting alongside iceman in a team up and iceman is gay. Which he never was, a political stunt. They can make any character gay John might be next for political reasons.
Fair enough. At least for this comic it is an independent series by a professing Bible Loving Christian.
I think a different narrator should be considered.
I'm guess it's probably because of my accent? This is actually a podcast clip, not a really a comic narration.
Boring
