I love everything aviation! Thank you for allowing everyone the chance to take just a glimpse in to your world. This honestly means the world to me. It's not everyday! You get to see out of the front window of a Boeing 777!
My home since 2006. Flown out on this runway many times. Just love KLAX and that departure.
Small inconsistency by the crew: At 1:01 they are cleared to 5000ft but during takeoff briefing at 4:37 the captain mentions 3000ft initial climb
I know this is 3 years late, but it's not an inconsistency. 3000 ft is the minimum altitude for departures over the ocean at LAX, and the minimum restriction for the first waypoints. It's likely the captain mentioned that.

In “merci beaucoup” you are essentially saying “thank you very much” so the “mutch”(?) isn’t needed. At the end you say “they are always superb and so much effort”. Maybe a better alternative would be “et semblent exiger beaucoup d'efforts”? Which means “and they seem to require a lot of effort”. Anyway, it’s great that you learn French 👍🏻

Une petite question vient agiter mon esprit : j'entends souvent que le sol demande souvent "monitoring" durant le taxi.. Ce n'est pas systématique si je ne me trompe pas...Que signifie cette demande ? :-) Bons prochains vols !
Ça veut dire que le pilote ne doit pas contacter le contrôleur mais passer sur la fréquence et attendre que le contrôleur contacte le pilote.

Strange to hear LAX tower doing north side and south side on the same frequency
They switch to combined frequencies every night usually around 2200 lcl ....it is rare during the middle of the day, but there may have been a reason ie. reduced traffic and or staffing
the captain take care of radio when FO is flying right ? and is it me or the FO was stressed ?

I noticed la tower gave you “RNAV docker” is that a departure or ??
bikramjit singh “DOCKR” is the first fix on the RNAV SID. Busy airports make sure you verify the initial fix of a departure.
