As an anxious person on the plane until the plane lands safely. I really appreciate it when the captains take the time to reassure us by telling us if turbulence is expected during the flight, it allows us to be reassured and to anticipate less sudden movements during the flight which can be stressful for people like me.

I flew last week from Thessaloniki (Greece) to Boston where I live. Flying over Canada turbulence hit the plane. I literally started shaking! Had I seen this video before, I would’ve spared myself the unreasonable anxiety! This French Captain, with his calm and dignified attitude, can masterfully soothe even the most extreme forms of panic attack! Great admiration for this man!
This Captain, his competence and attitude, towards everything, is the BEST PROMOTION to Air France ever. They should use it some smart way in their Communication to public, and even Recruting. They are stupid if not his example in their internal trainig. I m sure they do so. Bon voyage!

Love Mexico City! It’s a very cool city to see both by air and land. It was REALLY sweet about 35 years ago when I did a semester of study. I had a boyfriend, and he took me to Cuernavaca to his “country house” which consisted of an incredible horse ranch, swimming pool,chef and maid who lived on the property. I was completely spoiled by him. His favorite mare foaled overnight and I got to witness that spectacular event. I also recall drawing a picture for the maid’s daughter who wanted a picture of an elephant. Thanks to air travel and these kind of pilots which make these kind of experiences happen for ppl and some sweet memories.

And how much preparing work the captain needs to do to make the plane and flight briefed and flight team ready for the flight. No wonder how many years it to execute the professioncy and how long time to achieve the captancy of 747 or 380. Excellent video! I would not feel nervous travelling with this pilot flying the plane. He is so competent and this video really gives an insight into all that is involved in getting a plane off the ground to its destination and the number of people involved in doing so to ensure we have safe travels.

Love Mexico City! It’s a very cool city to see both by air and land. It was REALLY sweet about 35 years ago when I did a semester of study. I had a boyfriend, and he took me to Cuernavaca to his “country house” which consisted of an incredible horse ranch, swimming pool,chef and maid who lived on the property. I was completely spoiled by him. His favorite mare foaled overnight and I got to witness that spectacular event. I also recall drawing a picture for the maid’s daughter who wanted a picture of an elephant. Thanks to air travel and these kind of pilots which make these kind of experiences happen for ppl and some sweet memories.
Those were the days in the 90s when things were different and Mexico was a place u could travel very easily not so much today

Very nice ,now I know why I've seen pilots wallking checking the plaines the frist thing I would do is make sure the diesel fuel gauge is full. Andnot go anywhere near the huge fans. Your planes are very clean and the crew perfectional thank you now to my city!!!!!

Wau! By watching only this flight vlog one can learn a lot, how demanding is the flying process as whole. And how much preparing work the captain needs to do to make the plane and flight briefed and flight team ready for the flight. No wonder how many years it to execute the professioncy and how long time to achieve the captancy of 747 or 380. He speaks really good English with a slight french accent. If i compare it with spanish pilots with their strong accent when talking to non speaking spanish passengers.
