If you clone the Jar and cut off the top part with trim - without hole filling. Then you can separate the inner part from the outer part with seperate and then close holes. Then you have exactly the liquid.

Hi Dave, Can I ask, your cube of movement (top right) that allows you to shift views is a nice cube. Mine is a horrible sphere that always forces me to see more sides at once than just the one facing me. How do I turn my movement shape to a cube please? Thank you Andrew

In the updated version it’s a sphere, mine is also now a sphere. There is no going back!
