RARE CATCH ! Wahoo (Ono) From Shoreline !

I was totally not prepared for this ! Just had my GoPro with 80% battery and my phone on 20% really wanted more footage . Really wanted that cavy shot hahaha. After the fish was caught. Took pics and I was the drone boy. Sending out my brother,sister and dad over and over hoping still get something out there, nothing. Was there from 430pm to 6pm. I also scared all the people that was close to us haha, if your watching sorry. What a trip ! Something I’ll remember for the rest of my life.

In the moment, I just can’t believe what I caught. My FIRST pelagic fish ! A fight with mostly dead weight. Thought was one eel

This is actually quite rare first of all
catching a wahoo on a jig without any wire is actually vey hard (almost impossible) thing to do U are extremely lucky 😅

well that would be why your getting bitten off. no wire. here in Australia when people chase things like mackerel off the rocks they use a short length of wire. its done to the detriment of other species meaning less tuna,cobia etc. or carry a spare outfit with wire.

Thank you so much !! So far everything good with the drone. Farthest we went was 600 meters. So far so good... only thing with this drone, too scary to grab em. Doesn’t really have legs to grab haha. The only place would be by the propeller... them blades gon cut fingers. We crash landed like 4/5 times and only thing we had to replace is the propellers. South point too hard. Other than that... This drone is pretty good
